We have booked several times with Canadian Affair and never had any problems. They always helpful and polite and will give you an itinerary if you ask for their advice, they also book car hire and accommodation if neededWe will continue to book through them .

We had a great time from start to finish, we booked a bespoke trip from East to West and were not disappointed. The office staff were always on hand to go through the booking details and any changes were made easily. The trip went smoothly, the only problem was the rental car package offered by CA is not a standard package by Hertz so the staff were not familiar with it, but it resulted in a car upgrade for us :) Would definitely recommend to others!

We booked a 3 week trip with Canadian affair as I found they had a good one way car hire option. I normally book everything myself but they were very helpful at booking around my existing reservations and making sure the timescale worked. Also, one of our hotels closed due to wildfires in BC and the travel consultant called me while on holiday to inform me and arrange a different reservation, again to fit in with our travel plans and how far we could drive on that day. Excellent service, everything worked like clockwork, hotels all great, flight was on time and as comfortable as can be expected. Would definitely use them again.

Seen an amazing deal on Expedia for two Weeks in Toronto, emailed these guys with the price asking them to match or beat it. They couldn't match it for the same hotel but came back with a deal near £1k cheaper in a compariable hotel minutes away. Having visited TO many times and having stayed in that hotel before, we booked up immediately. Great customer service from Bethan in London.

Returned home yesterday 29 May 2017 from booking ( Canadian Contrast) East/West Tour. From start to finish the service was excellent. Charlotte and Adele made everything so easy. I have been in travel most of my working life, this is the first time I have left the whole booking to someone else and I wasn't disappointed. The communication from them perfect ! If I am travelling to Canada again I will have no problem in booking through you and I will certainly recommend your company. I had mentioned at the time of booking that this was for my 60th Birthday and also our 40th wedding anniversary. The transport came to collect us and we had a limo what a lovely ending to our tour. We now have an airport transfer company and I have no problem in recommending your company to our clients. Thank you to all concerned. It was an amazing holiday and hope to be booking again soon.

Just back from a family 3 week holiday to BC and Alberta, with flights and most accommodation booked through Canadian Affair, as recommended by a friend.



Flights were great, and even though our return to the UK from Calgary was delayed by over an hour the flight landed only about 20 mins late. We booked Option Plus and registered the kids for kids club.



From beginning our booking the process was easy and we were given loads of information. This Facebook page is also a really useful source of info, and it all helped us to plan our trip of a lifetime.

Just back after a full and very busy week in Toronto and Niagara Falls, the Sheraton hotel in downtown Toronto was perfect everything was in easy reach even managed to get in a Blue Jays game, they lost. Niagara was beautiful and made even more spectacular by the falls being lit up and a firework display. Everything was booked through Canadian Affair with no hassle and really friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for helping make a wonderful experience.

Wanted to amend a booking that was made a year ago for July 2017. Unfortunately, the Victoria Splash festival dates have changed from the previous two years and we would not be in Victoria for the correct weekend. Phoned to make changes and would be charged an extra 1200 pounds. Admittedly there are 7 changes due to car hire and moving hotels forward a day but there usual customer service was missing! Go to a better more understanding company instead! We have travelled several times with Canadian Affair and they have been great ... won't be booking again with them. Customer service - very poor!!!!



UPDATED - Have just spoken to Customer services and Kelly Marshall. She was superb and really tried her hardest to resolve our issues and get us to Victoria at the time of the Splash festival. Unfortunately for us, hotels are now booked at that time and despite rearranging the order of our visit, we are unable to get everything to work. I would like to thank Kelly for her hard work and appreciate that her customer service was what we had from Canadian affair in the past. I have therefore edited my rating to three stars.

Have been travelling with Canadian Affair for over 15 years, and have had nothing but good experiences. I would normally have given 5 stars, However, I am extremely disappointed to learn that there will be no more direct flights from Manchester to Calgary, and the only flights offered next year from Manchester to Calgary don't start til mid June, have a change over in Vancouver, and cost a lot more. Not good for anyone one hoping to visit the Rockies next year.

Been travelling with Canadian Affair for many years. Most of the time book in January for a summer holiday. Seems over the last few years their January sale has become less and less attractive. I have been tracking the prices for a July departure for the last 3 months. Went onto the site a few days ago which heralds its January sale. Not impressed when it became apparent that the prices had actually risen. Come on Canadian Affair. You can do better than that. Very misleading. Where is the sale if you are now charging more than you were when I was looking at your site in November ?

Well, we haven't even got to Canada yet! We booked early and have paid for the fares. We booked direct from Manchester to Calgary, I'm not a great take off n lander and my boyfriend has never flown for longer than 5 hrs, and I've done this before. Booked seats etc. Then low and behold, flight changed! And the airport waits OK there, Man to Vancouver and then back to Calgary, not too bad but return Calgary to Toronto with a fair wait then another email changing return flight to over 3 hours wait in the airport! Totally NOT OK, no real apology or anything, Disgraceful! I am absolutely disgusted that our wonderful family wedding is being ruined by an airline that can't seem to get it sorted! There hasn't even been an offer of a complimentary food voucher or upgrade! You have our money in the bank since June, treat us with some respect. Very poor customer service. 😠😢

We booked a car with Canadian affairs only to be told, at midnight on arrival to Vancouver, with two very tired children, that whilst we were in transit they cancelled our booking due to lack of availability!!!! If I could give them worse that 1 out of 5 I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

One issue after the other...we arrived at 9:45am to pick up our car in Quebec City and was told that the booking was 'denied' and we had to wait for 2 hours before our car arrives (we are still waiting now). This is a huge issue for us as we are severely delayed now to drive a 7hour road trip down to Saint John. I would never book or recommend this agency. We could not get in contact as the 3 seperate emails that was sent to us 'confirming' the car booking had no contact details.

Just a rotten company. Was so excited to finally see my best friend who emigrated to canada. I booked for this month and out of the blue got a survere kidney problem which will make me be on dialysis for life. This company wouldn't even let me change the name on flight so I could give to another relative as of course I will probably never be able to fly again. I've had the worsed month of my life and a waste of money that I will greatly miss now considering my condition. It's just a shame company's don't have no sympathy or morales anymore. It's just buisness. And a wasted seat on a perfectly good flight .......

I have been discussing with Canadian affair all evening , I booked a ticket in error on the wrong date and asked for it to b change , they have advised I need to purchase a new ticket and they will not issue a refund , I believe this is the worst customer service I have had and this is practically stealing money from people I do not want that service. I have been travelling with Canadian affair for 10 years and if they cannot resolve this I will not be trying with Canadian affair ever again

I emailed/sent a query via the website first thing this morning and when I didn’t hear anything by 12 noon I called as I was looking for a quote for a dream trip to Canada and Alaska for my parents. The girl I spoke to promised she would come back to me by phone then follow it up by email by 2pm... I have heard nothing back. My parents have both said they would not book with Canadian Affair now.... it shows how bad their customer service and support is. We then read trust pilot reviews to see if anyone else has had the same experience. Shocking and a must read before you book!

I booked an extra leg room seat for my return flights to and from Toronto and Glasgow which I got on the way over. But this evening only 2 and a half days before my flight home Canadian Affair have informed me that I cannot get my extra legroom seat and will now be moved to a regular seat with no room at all. I am 6 feet 2 tall and regular seats are no good for me and staff were not helpful at all and said that in order to get a seat with more room I would have to pay full amount of Club Class.



Thanks for ruining the end of my vacation. I would not recommend Canadian Affair to anyone !!
