Went for a friend's birthday they made a special effort for her and brought her a cake. The place is amazing and friendly staff. Cakes and sandwiches very lovely and fresh highly recommend it.
We stayed here in February half term and had an amazing time. The staff are incredible. The rooms and the views are awesome. We were with our 8 year old daughter and the whole team went out of their way to make her stay, along with ours, very special. I have stayed in some lovely 5 star hotels all over but the service here and the team of staff are really stand out and exceptional and make a big difference. We Can't wait to return again. Thank you to everyone there.
We had a lovely champagne afternoon tea on Sunday. It was quiet so we had plenty of room & attention. Great varied selection of sweet & savoury bites. Too much for me really but they offered a box to take them home. Lovely place and wonderful staff. Would recommend as a treat for someone

I had a lovely time at the Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel. The area is a corporate area and had a corporate vibe. After work a walk down the docks was all that was needed. Quiet a few fancy bars in the area especially Gauchos. The hotel clean and the doormen were v. Funny but professional.
From check in to check out the Riverside plaza was a phenomenal customer experience. The rooms are beautiful comfortable and quality driven ... I was lucky to have a room with a view. Thanks to all the caring and professional staff who made my stay such a pleasurw
Excellent staff. We use this Hotel for putting up top clients in work. I'd happily recommended it to people who want great service for a decent rate compared to similar Hotels in London. The views are great from the rooms (that I have stayed in anyway).
Excellent hotel and it matches up to the 5* rating! They were ever so catering when staying overnight for the London Marathon. Breakfast was put on earlier and also being able to use the gym facilities after to relax was great! The reception staff were excellent and so friendly with my son who is only 3 which made it an even better experience overall. The only thing which would've been great is to have had a better view over the Thames but on the positive Oscar could see the runners from the view :-)

Absolutely amazing hotel. The best that I ever stay at. Second to none and will leave reluctantly tomorrow. Have not a single negative thing to say. Staff from the front door, to reception, to dining staff to cleaners are just so attentive, calm and cannot do enough for you. Room - I'm sure no hotel I have stayed in has such a comfortable bed, pillows, towels, toiletries. Fan system is great. Breakfast, again, service and food are brilliant. As a disabled guest, ease of use of all facilities. Would never hesitate to recommend.
It was fantastic. The staff were warm, friendly and could not do enough for us at Sean and Arabella's wedding reception. The food was excellent. The facilities were spot on. The views over the river especially after dark were fantastic. The only reason I have marked it down a star is the rooms are slightly dated but immaculatey clean.
We had a Premier King Room. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, great river views, best club sandwich I've ever tasted...but I was under the influlence and everything tastes great at 2am. Dinner took a bit longer than expected in the restaurant but the steak was worth it after a 45 minute wait.
Sitting on the next table to Tony Bellew at breakfast was bonus after remortgaging to watch the Haye v's Bellew match at the o2 the previous night.
My only complaint was the lack of the bathroom amenities, 1 sample size shower gel to share and moisturiser...no shower cap, no toothbrush.. the usual complimentary stuff you get which you don't use, but on this occasion we had actually forgotten.
No iron, no coffee making facilities in the room or free water which I would expect from a 5 star hotel...this could improve.
Helpful, polite staff except for the security man on the door at 1am...our name was not on the list so we were not coming in, no apology after either.
I would def consider a return visit, especially if there was a chance I was going to be eating my full English next to Anthony Joshua next time :)
The hotel is in a beautiful area in London. The hotel room was great. But when we arrived, we had no one to greet us and we had to park and carry all out luggage all the way to the lobby... all was proper but I guess we expected a nicer greeting from this nice hotel.
