Candice Original Pilates Description

I do a mixed ability class all is welcome, there is three main phases to Pilates: set up phases-principles of Pilates eg: breathing, centering, flow, posture and mobility of muscles and joints: Main phase: 8 Pilates exercises, stregthen core and increase mobility of spine: Closing phase: stretching and relaxation. Pilates is a low impact activity enjoyed by all.
