Caravan Hire Combe Haven Hastings Description
Our luxury caravan is located at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings with stunning SEA views and close to amenities. And NO steep Hill to Climb.
It is a Swift Moselle Coastal model and has been graded 'Prestige' by Haven Holidays.
Our caravan is a spacious 12ft x 38ft and comprises 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in double wardrobes, a dressing table and en suite WC.
The twin bedrooms each have 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
All bed linen, duvets and pillows will be supplied. However, please bring your own towels.
The main bathroom has a large shower, wash basin and WC.
The living area has very comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV, complete with Freeview and DVD player.
It offers a large corner sofa bed /seating area (which can be used as double bed), a two seater sofa, coffee table, also a separate dining area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker /oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, a large free standing fridge /freezer and all kitchen essentials.
There is also an iron and ironing board for your use.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout, including all bedrooms and the bathroom. All radiators have individual thermostatic controls.
Beds will be made up for your arrival at 3pm (although this can be flexible).
The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING (not even in the doorway or on the steps) and NO PETS allowed.
The rental charge will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away we will require the full rental charge and the deposit /bond at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods are internet bank transfer, deposit into Barclays bank, cheque will have to be cleared before holiday can take place.
Check in from 3pm and check out time is 10am.
Couples and family groups only
A deposit /bond of £100 will be required to secure dates. In the event of cancellation the deposit /bond will not be refunded under any circumstances. Deposit /bond will be returned after the caravan has been checked.

Low season from £150 ( per short break). High season to £450 ( per short break). Low season from £300 (per week). High season to £750 (per week). The above prices include all bed linen, duvets and pillows, plus gas, electric and water (under the fair usage agreement).

We are at the Top end of the park with no steep hill to climb and got some gorgeous sea views from our window and decking.
Just need to get some furniture on our veranda now. What do you think would look nice?
