We are very impressed with service from initial enquiry in September, staff very helpful, product delivered next day, easy to set up and test, again with pleasant staff. Our mother Norah McDonald chose to use the pendant alarm which she found unobtrusive.

Last week Mum was taken ill in the night,pressed her alarm and was responded to very efficiently, the operator called for an ambulance to attend, stayed on the line assuring Mum that help was on the way until the paramedics arrived.

We are so relieved that we had set up care line which enabled Mum to get the help needed when she was suffering a heart attack. Fantastic company, fully recommend.

Myself and my wife both have Careline pendants and we’re very lucky to have them. I had a fall whilst my wife was at the hairdressers and I was unable to call anyone or get any help. I went for the neck pendant and barely notice it’s there (but I’m glad it is). You can keep it on the shower, which is ideal as that’s where I worry the most about slipping and falling. Easy-to-follow set up and installation. Luckily it hasn’t been used yet, other than one false alarm, but the care team were great about it, making sure everything was OK. It’s good to know they respond so quickly. I definitely feel more at ease.
