What fantastic service I had. I arrived at Heathrow but was delayed for nearly an hour and a half before I was able to go the area where I was to be collected. It was after eleven at night and I was making plans to sleep on a couch in a coffee shop but as I sat down a man in a black suit and orange tie came to me and showed me a board with my name on it. He had waited all that time and hadn't given up, even though my cell phone wasn't working and he couldn't get hold of me. I was then taken to his car, the latest, and driven on a guided tour to where I was staying. Past Buckingham Palace at midnight with a driver that so patiently answered all my questions about London and if he wasn't sure of an answer he checked it for me. Wery positive experience. Needed to get home at peak time on the weekend. Waiting time was short, car new and driver polite and professional. Thumbs up!

We've always had wonderful service from Carrot Cars, whether it's an airport pick up or we're just going round the corner.



I recently had to be brought home from hospital and the driver we had went above and beyond with the most careful driving I've ever experienced! He was so patient and calm and ignored all the other drivers that were hooting him to go faster. We have passed on our thanks to the driver and company already but felt a review was in order as well.

I've used Carrot Cars for years as I live in the Canary Wharf area where they are based. Their cars are always immaculate and if I have to be somewhere at a definite time I use them as they turn up 10-15 mins early if you book in advance. Ap is great too and you get 10% off for using it!

I was fortunate to work with Carrot Cars for over 4 years, best company car I have used personally and for my guests, always on time, nice and clean cars, politeness over all and great service.

After a massive delay of my flight carrot cars have been the positive bit of my journey home tonight. Kind, clean, uber professional and luxury feel at a fair price! Highly recommend this company. Keep going this way CC!

A professional, clean, friendly and super punctual mini cab company! I have used them for years and highly recommend them.

Worst service ever. Carrot cars confirmed my booking and card payment only to turn round to say that their card payment system wasn't working after my mother had already been picked up. They then put her through so much crap and stress even lying to her that my card bounced. The worst ever!?!?!

I did not have a chance to experience the service itself but had an extremely unpleasant conversation with one of the operators. I called just to ask a quick question before making a reservation and ended up choosing another company. The operator was rude, unpleasant to talk with and arrogant! The company cannot go far having such a poor not customer-friendly customer service!

Never again!
