In March 1966 a major stamp exhibition was held at Central Hall Westminster. The FIFA World Cup, which at the time was the Jules Rimet trophy, it all happened one Sunday morning during the exhibition…..

Went to see the Late Late Show with James Corden ...and with guests Beckham, Styles and Emily Blunt (yay!)

Beautiful venue. A bit warm up in the higher rows but it is a church after all and old at that.

Easy to get to.

Staff (Applause) were fantastic; super polite and attentive from start to finish. Provided ice lollies during event and water afterwards. Clean toilets.

Very impressed by the whole thing.

We came to Central Hall to see the Kingdom Hearts World Tour Concert last night in London. It was a magnificent venue to host what was perhaps the greatest concert we've ever seen in our lives! Tremendous splendor and the staff were wonderful too! Hope we can come back again! One of the best times of our lives! Thank you all again!

This place is amazing. I went with my sisters yesterday to see Sister Act. The choir were awesome and they are really talented and got everyone on their feet, clapping, singing and dancing. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I came for Robbie Williams Rocks Big Ben New Years Eve concert. The venue was beautiful and the staff and security were spot on. The only negative was the early queuing taking place and the absoloutly disgusting mess they left behind. Chairs, quilts, empty cans, bottles, sleeping bags etc. Such a poor sight, I think they should have been turned away or made to clear their mess up.

The evening was fantastic though and could not fault the venue, the staff and the concert.

Excellent place had a coffee in the basement cafe before going to Westminster palace,, only thing was no decaf coffee, he said it was because of the bank holiday!! Still very pleasant

Central Hall Westminster is located in a very accessible location. 2 minutes walk from St James tube station.

The building were clean and well kept.

Security and Reception were on duty and well prepared.

Wifi were available straight away with the passcode given at Reception.

The venue are spacious and well signaged.

The toilettes were clean and an ample supply of hand wash and hand lotion were available.

My only concern was where to get a hot drink and snack after 5pm.

The one seminar room were having trouble with heat. Maybe somebody turned the heater on by error.

An amazing venue, was at the pixel education awards, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my child's talent. Thank you to all.

User

Absolutely stunning venue. Amazing evening/atmosphere. Was gutted that I didn't go earlier but we were told we couldn't queue before 9.30 and this plainly wasn't adhered to as I got there at just gone 9.30 and the queue was round the block!! Wasn't bothered about the no alcohol rule as I don't drink but I can see why some people might be disappointed as it was New Years Eve!! Wonderful building!!

User

Absolutely amazing night at the Robbie concert! Stunning venue, VIP tickets allowed us to go straight through, no queueing, polite and helpful staff, good selection of free drinks with vouchers, surprisingly tasty bowl food... Robbie of course was beyond outstanding as always...... the perfect way to spend nye with family and friends. Would def use mark butler associates again for business events.

User

Robbie Williams was very nice! But, no alcoholic drinks aloud, because it ts a church so they told us! Well, listen to the music...is also not for gods ears!

We didn't collect the free drinks, we couldn't get out and loose our 'spots'!

And.....why are there no cloakrooms! An newyears-evening-show with Robbie Williams recorded by the BBC and everybody had to wear their jackets!! Stupid, especially for a life show! Fred, The Netherlands!

I regularly have meetings in Birdcage Walk which is a very short walk from CMH. Travelling very early by tran from the north I try and have a small breakfast ahead of my meetings and this week I actually visited 3 times in 2 days. It is so much more hospitable, comfortable and provides a much better quality of affordable food than the chains of alternative coffee shops.

User

Amazing venue went to see Robbie Williams loved every second! Only draw back was no alcohol in the main hall as a church (so they said)! Which meant no alcoholic drink in the main hall what = no drink to cheers new year unless you left the main hall and went into the corridor.I also feel that communion is wine so I don't feel the church or god for that matter would mind?? But that's just an opinion and it should be made clear when purchasing tickets! Along with the queuing rules that also seemed to be untrue!

Beautiful place none the less

The venue itself is beautiful, it really captures the look of a classic theatre. I visited yesterday for the first time ever to see the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour and the show itself was phenomenal, absolutely stunning. However I couldn't ignore the issues. Firstly after being allowed in an hour prior to the original doors open time, we visited the merchandise stall and made our purchases. Then we were told we couldn't go to our seats to sit down in the theatre itself, so we had to hang around in the building for another hour where we had nowhere to sit except the floor!

Also there was a small refreshments stall open which had no cold drinks, only a few cans of warm fizzy drink and some bottles of water.

When we finally took our seats, we could barely fit in them because there was almost no room in front of the seats for our legs. Others complained too in our row and we all felt squished together. My friend who attended with me has a medical condition with his bones and struggled throughout the performance as did I as I suffer from problems with my knees and legs. No help or assistance from anyone as the show was sold out.

I feel the seating and the space in front of the seats are outdated and changes need to be made to accommodate larger people and also for tall people like myself and my friend who are 6 foot and over.

User

The venue is lovely though I was sat at the back corner of the balcony which was not big enough for me to sit in. I'm 6ft and was forced to stand for most of the evening with one of the large electric chandeliers blocking some of my view of the screen and a rail on the wall forcing me to duck.

I don't think I have very long legs, though I must do as no one else on the back row seemed to need to stand but the row below had enough room.

Robbie New Year's Eve was amazing and venue was really good, but ....... Organisation is shockingly bad. Prior to event all info said no queuing at all, you had to arrive at 9.30 when doors opened. Yet when we arrived at 8 to collect tickets from the box office there were already queues. We found out later people had been there from 6.30. Our plan was to collect tickets then go for a drink nearby and go back for 9.30. However we queued for tickets until about 9 ish and then had to queue again in the main queue which was around the block at this point. If we had been informed we had to queue twice we would have split up but we were informed that once we picked tickets up we would go straight through from there. I would have been so annoyed if we had waited til 9.30.

User

Not a good experience at this venue, terrible system for the bar, huge queue to by a token and then queue again to get a drink! No warning that the planned interval was not taking place so at the end of the night we were left with £10 of tokens we were not able to spend! Venue blames the promoter, the promoter blames the venue.... you decide!!

User

Looks nice and robbie was amazing. Couldn't use drink voucher as couldn't drink in hall and didn't want to lose our space drinking in the "bar". Security didn't want to let us use toilets while queuing despite paying a fortune for tickets. Policewoman outside dealt with it for us! Security outside was great but got ruined by two idiots on internal hall doors at the top of the stairs who wouldn't open their doors and crowd built up inside which caused a dangerous surge when they finally opened. They were also very rude &argumentative to us as paying customers - was dangerous with stairs/surge Surprised no one got injured. Security needs to Communicate with each other to stop this happening again and also do some Customer Service/Dealing with conflict training as per their SIA licenses

Went to see Sister Act. The organisation is poor, with venue staff rude and somewhat disorganised. The venue sold drink tokens and accepted cash only. This was not stated anywhere and caused issues for those of us that use cards. The tokens were dispensed using and old cash register which meant there was an enormous queue. The great hall whilst stunning has acoustics that make playing a film on a large screen not suitable as the sound becomes less audible. One member of staff barked at us to hurry along so that everything could go according to the timetable even though we were 40 mins early.
