To commemorate the centenary of the end of World War 1, Centrestage is presenting “Shell Shock”, the powerful dance theatre production first premiered at CS in 2017. This time, it will also mark the first Centrestage performance to take place within Kilmarnock Academy, at the site of the War Memorial honouring the memory of masters and students from the school, whose names were the inspiration for the story.
This performance is rated PG, some scenes may be distressing

Today’s the day as our #oneteam take on the Kiltwalk in Edinburgh. Neal McKenzie, our Centrestage Treasurer has been getting prepared, Neal said “I have walked over 70 miles in the last 5 weeks and have tried to leave the car whenever possible to take a stroll - every step counts.” Neal takes on Kiltwalk today with six other Centrestage team members, all raising funds for our Centrestage Bus.

Well done to all the cast for putting on such a fabulous show!!

This particular production tonight made me laugh and made me cry. Do you hear Aspire sing? Absolutely amazing. I was there in particular to see "Jean Valjean" aka Alan Jardine. Each and every person involved put their heart and soul into this. Having worked in Kilmarnock schools where all of the pupils had additional support needs I actually knew quite a few of the cast, so for me it was extra special. Centrestage staff you do an amazing job especially with your "Aspire" pupils. Look forward to this years panto.

The kids from Summer Camp put on a great show with Gangsta McGranny in a Still Game stylie. Loved it. Hats off to the creativity and dedication of all the staff involved.

The amazing team at Centrestage work with some of the most talented young people and adults in Ayrshire! I can highly recommend their performances as they are always vibrant, extremely professional and deliver an action-packed show of entertainment that the whole family will enjoy!

Just been to see my first Centrestage show, Singin' In The Rain. Absolutely fantastic show. I can't commend the acting, music and whole show enough. I can't wait to go back and see another :) x

I Love Going to Centrestage .And Heart and Soul And i sing with the Choir and Stuart Bird On a Tuesday Belt It Oot. I have met some lovely People i also Volunteer twice a week on a Wednesday and Friday as i have Epilepsy and can t work .Tonight I was at the Festival at Cumnock Town Hall And it was Great i was Sing at it and we all had a great time the Cumnock Divas Xx

Had a beautiful burger in the Centrestage cafe.Lovely place with great staff.xx

Great day on Friday at the 50th birthday bash well done to all singers were great as was the venue thanks to all !!!!

Every time I go to Centrestage I am blown away by the sheer talent of the young people. The classes are run by true professionals in their field and their shows are always spectacular. The warmth and enthusiasm from the staff never ceases to amaze me. They really do make you feel at home. What a great gift to all the young people in Ayrshire. Thank you!

Blown away tonight by the fantastic production and superb talent!! Real feel good show! The only downside was I didn’t get enough splashes to cool me down! �

Another great show last night even managed to get my husband to go now he’s hooked too

An amazing place, wonderful friendly and helpful staff - great place for all family, from theatre classes, dancing, singing - to amazing productions, as well as a cafe bar that serves the most amazing food with a great atmosphere. A must for everyone

Absolutely Profesional 5☆plus so much talent both on stage and truly magnificent sets a joy to watch can't wait for future productions!�
