My wife uses MAGNUM OPUS as a battery back up for her tablet. I works well when she needs her tablet but the battery is running low.
I love this store and it's and it's staff are amazing. I had a problem with the delivery company not delivering my order and set it back. After I contacted the company they apologised and re-sent it again at no extra charge to me. I can't fault them.
I bought a compact power bank about 2 weeks ago but until now I didn't receive it yet... I just got a confirmation order email.
I already sent 2 emails to the customer service but nothing happened!

The worst online shop experience i ever got/heard of. Tried to buy item twice, with no success. On first attempt after month passed i have contacted seller to check where my item is, days passed without answer, so i raised ticket via pay pall. Only after that seller responded and send me some tracking number indicating that parcel is still in UK! Week after without my consent seller sent me my money back and i never got item i wanted. Few weeks after i tried to buy it one more time. I bought item, waited for one month, than contacted seller to see where item is, with no answer. Next i escalated case to pay pall for them to contact seller but without success. Money was returned i didn't got item i wanted. All in all don't bother buying from this site ever!!!!!!!
