Came in yesterday to get my hair colouring, hair treatment and head massage done by Sinead. I didn’t have anything in mind in regards to my hair, I just knew I wanted something completely different and something lively. I left it with Sinead about what to do & I’m so glad I did. She did the best job ever!! She even managed to get rid of my stubborn red hair!! So in love with my hair. Couldn’t be more happier with what she’s done to it. Looks so lovely and healthy! Thank you Sinead & Charles Worthington. Currently enjoying all the compliments I’ve been getting for my new hair style ;-)

Really really disappointing customer service just now. I have been coming to the House of Charles Worthington salon for years, and had an appointment at Percy Street this morning as my usual salon couldn't fit me in and I need my hair sorted out before I get married in a few weeks. When I got to the salon they said they can't do the dye because I needed to have had a patch test. This I didn't quite understand because I was last in the salon in January, i.e. six months ago. However, what was more frustrating was the fact that they kept repeating that the receptionist had called me and left a voicemail, and even me showing my list of recent calls, with no call listed from CW and certainly no voicemail, didn't seem to convince them. So I have had a wasted trip here and been badly let down by awful customer service. I won't be coming to CW again.

My sister and I took out our Mum here for her birthday, it wasn’t a good experience. She got a hair cut different than what she asked for, with tufts of longer hair around the bottom edge at the back (it was missed bits of hair rather than purposeful) and it was rushed - at one point the hairdresser ran off for more than 10 minutes to take bleach off someone else’s hair that had been left on 15 minutes too long and he still finished before our hair cuts. Whilst my hair was ok, it was more bob like and less edgy / choppy than what I had asked for. We were also overcharged with one of the cuts being charged £25 more than the other two despite us checking the cost when we booked. Will not go back, so disappointing given that we were so impressed the last time we went a few years ago.
