Thank you Chelsea Beautique!! My order to Australia came with the lashes in tact but the brow powder smashed. I contacted the company and showed them what had happened. They sent out a replacement and it was received promptly. I am so impressed with how quickly they responded and the extent they went to help me out. Super impressed and thank you again!
