Our Cherished Childrens Shop was born in August 2011 when two sisters with children decided to make children’s shopping fun and unique, recycling and redesigning, children’s clothes whilst saving the planet and helping to put money back into parent’s pockets. The aim of the business is to prove that buying second-hand is a smart move both financially and environmentally; not a fleeting trend but the way forward for every parent.

Cherished supplies a wide range of recycled children’s clothes in the 0-7 age group, nursery equipment and prams that are still in excellent condition. We buy and sell quality pre-loved items saving you time and effort giving you a reason to recycle. The clothes include high end high street brands and designer wear because they tend to wear better.

My sister a lecturer in Design, Pattern Cutting and Garment Construction in a local Islington college adds creativity and flair to the business. As a fashion expert she can offer guidance to customers who want to re-create and personalise a garment or she can create bespoke nursery soft furnishing; cushions, bunting, canvases and apron’s that are unique to your child using new or reclaimed fabrics. A creative and wonderfully talented small family business whose passion for quality, innovation and style will shine through in every detail.
