For those of you looking for peace and tranquility in rural surroundings, only 15 minutes walk along the coastal path from the park to the beach; look no further than Cherry Tree.
Please note that we do not accept groups of more than 3 units and commercial vehicles.
We maintain and run the site ourselves and are keen caravanners too. We will do our utmost to ensure your stay here is a pleasant one.
We are situated only 15 minutes walk by footpath or 1. 5 miles by car (free parking) from the sea. The gloriously sandy Blue Flag beaches near us are dog friendly throughout the year.
The promenade stretches for miles, giving you chance to enjoy the wonderful healthy East Coast air.

• Horse riding
Close by, you can visit the market towns of Alford, Louth, Boston and Spilsby which offer the hustle and bustle of traditional street markets. The rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds are just a short ride away.
Further afield you can visit the Battle Of Britain display at RAF Coningsby, enjoy the beauty of Snipedales Country Park and Nature Reserve, Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary, a day at Market Rasen races or take in a show and the illuminations at Skegness.
A day out might include a drive up the coast to the Fishing Heritage Museum at Grimsby, the spectacular Humber Bridge, Tattershall Castle, the Deep at Hull or historic Lincoln.

Have you seen this lovely October weather - can you believe it?
Wonderful site in a great location with a short walk to the beach and town centre. The site is spotlessly clean and very well maintained by Sue and Kevin who are great hosts. Thoroughly recommended
What a lovely immaculate site this was, with a pleasent couple running it Sue & Kevin, and there's a lovely coastal walk into Sutton on sea, we will definately be returning
What a great, we'll run, immaculate site. Without doubt, one of our new favourites.
We are currently staying on this site & it is lovely. Well kept pitches & facilities & is in a lovely location. Sutton on Sea is a lovely place. Will definitely visit this site again
Very nice site well kept and very friendly would recommend it to all
Sue and Kevin are the most friendliest people I know, they keep the site in beautiful condition they are very helpful, we love coming here it is so quiet nobody bothers you I would recommend it to anybody just love it.
Partner and I recently returned from another 9 day stay at Cherry Tree and enjoyed it as always. It's nice to see the site as immaculate as ever and with now lovely new owners Kevin and Sue who are really friendly and helpful. The shower block is always spotless whatever time of day you use it and the site well kept and maintained. Located just a short walk from the sea front makes it absolutely ideal for those who love walking or cycling, a 4 mile walk along the sea front to Mabelthorpe is well recommended. Returning in August for another 9 days :)
Lovely clean site. Helpful people. Will be back.
Just returned home after staying on cherry tree touring park for 5 nights. The site was lovely, well maintain offering large pitches . Showers & loos lovely and clean, would definitely recommend, and will visit again .
Just back from a weeks stay at this wonderful campsite lovely and quiet, close to the beach about a 20 minute walk which is sandilands would recommend the ice cream from the tricycle. The campsite is very well looked after nice facilities the owners Kevin and Sue are happy to help you with the local area certainly would camp at this site again.
Great location, good facilities, easy to find and all weather pitches as standard will definitely be coming back.
The walk into Sutton on Sea is a nice either down the prom or the many footpaths that run parallel. The beach nearest the site is dog friendly and our dogs loved it and there are loads of stand pipes delivering fresh water between the beach huts if they need a drink.
Fab site loveley wardens who are very helpful toilets immaculate it's our first time on this site and will be coming back got another 8 days to go yet loving it
Excellent site with spotless toilets and showers. Very friendly welcome and a lovely peaceful weekend will try and book again before my bump arrives as it is adults only. Made our weekend more enjoyable being on such a lovely site x
Excellent site in every way. It's immaculate! Lovely walk to the beach with the dogs, about 20 minutes. Dog friendly beach. Stop off and eat and drink at the golf club, also dog friendly. Sutton on Sea has a variety of small shops and a Spar. Ideal weather at the moment too!
Absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean. Everything laid out perfectly. Sue and Kevin so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Very close to all seaside resorts
just got back after two days at this site.
its lovely and clean But very strict.
my little dog could hardly walk and accidentally poohed. But instead of coming to my caravan they complained.
Thought it was adults only anviously not some guests think they own the site.
Need to get a life. learn to relax and talk to people.
would not go back felt it was expensive too.
Been to nicer site were people treat you like and adult and are friendly.
Nice and clean site cannot complain about that.
Very clean and orderly site - which I like. Site staff were very friendly and particularly helpful when I thought I had lost my glasses (now found). Overall, the site was perfect apart from the few barking dogs early in the morning which spoiled my idea of a Tranquil Site but otherwise a lovely stay.
Stayed here with my Husband and 2 dogs at the end of June. Lovely site well maintained and facilities spotless. Would recommend to anyone.
Mixed thoughts..On the one hand it's clean , well maintained and the owners seem friendly enough but on the other hand ...too many rules..pitches very small..You have to park your wheels on slabs on the pitch.then you can't get your alko lock on..pitches so close together like being regimented no space at all to spread out and relax....no flags...how boring.. no cleaning of your van....gates LOCKED at 11.15..not much chance of late night out.what about needing emergency doctor? ....Don't use showers 3 or 4 unless 1 and 2 in use..What am I a child?...not going back don't think..
