We are always over whelmed by the huge generosity of the community especially at this time of the year. Thank you from all at CHESS and those individuals whom we support. #christmas #homelessness

Can you help? we are in need of 2-3 volunteers to help out Santa with his collection next Tuesday evening 11th December @chelmsfordlionsclub from 6.30pm - 9.00pm in Chelmsford. If you can spare a couple of hours to help, we would really appreciate it. email fundraising@chesshomeless.org or call 01245 281104.

Thanks to such great support for the homeless this Winter, we are unable to take any of the following items currently, due to storage limitations-
Coats or clothing Duvets Pillows... Toothpaste Toothbrushes

Chess is so privileged to be working with the Country food trust in providing wonderful meals to those who have been, and are homeless

With the temperature at 1.5 degrees here in Essex this morning, CHESS's Winter project started yesterday offering an additional 10 bed spaces along with food and drinks to those individuals who are rough sleeping. Last Winter we supported 61 individuals and provided 849 additional bed spaces. www.chesshomeless.org
