Sometimes out of stock but that’s to be expected when prices are slashed as much as they are! My son even tags me in stuff he wants on your insta page now!

From the questions i had , their customer service reps replied back in a timely manner. I just received my packages & didn’t want to open. It was package so nicely & the fragrance smelled so good ! All flash and professional on the cover of it but no good at all, sit on the phone for ages trying to get through to customer services, no stock once ordered and trying to get a refund is a joke.. in fact I’m still waiting to have my phone call answered as I write this, only been 20minutes so far!! It good when your buying premium clothing !

My order was LOST supposedly!! the customer service I received from your online team was useless! Now I can't get my items because they are not in stock and have to wait months for a refund! After the amount of money spent this is an absolute disgrace! I have bought from childsplay a lot and I can safely say I will not be doing so anymore!!

My mother and father just left your store disgusted with the customer service your staff need to have major attitude adjustments and learn how to deal with customers in a correct manner also you sell clothes for 1 price online and sell them for a different price in store that I believe is false advertising and you couldn’t even show my mother and father anything that they asked for so obviously you don’t even have the stock that you claim to have online at least they have now made the better choice of going to Harrods to buy the clothes and have better customer service

I don't even know how to start telling what happend.I went today at the store with my baby and my husband.We've picked up a few things for my son but most of them were out of stock.Finally we found a pair of jeans,a t-shirt and a dummy.The t-shirt was in stock,but for the jeans and the dummy they've told us that we need to wait one hour so that they can get them from the deposit.We went out of the store and waited.After 1 hour they've called us to tell that the order was mistaken and that if I want the products I need to wait another 2 and half hours.We went back in the store to talk with them and they didn't act nice at all,actually they we're acting like they didn't noticed us.I told the girl that I'm gonna choose another product and she went at another customer and didn't get me the size I wanted.When I asked her coleague she didn't even respond to me.

I don't think their acting was nice at all,I felt disrespected.

Maybe I should've come with a Ferrari because I've seen that with other customers they were really nice.

I'm really sorry that I didn't had the opportunity to buy what I wanted bur anyway I'm not gonna return in this store ever again.

Have placed a few orders with this company now and have all been fine my son was bought a top as a Christmas present and it is to small all tags and original packaging still there sent an email after trying to get through on phone for two days to be told can’t accept return as it’s after 21 days even though I had called prior to placing the order to make sure it would be ok to return and told yes it would as it was Christmas present so now have an £85 too that is no use and not a happy son customer service from this company is shocking as leaving this review have no been on with the call ringing for nearly twenty mins ��

Purchased items on 20th my daughters main Xmas presents only to receive email from courier won’t be delivered until 27th ,try explaining that to a child on xmas morning .

Phoned courier they didn’t receive items till 22nd so what was the delay ????
