Today's unicorn cake for a first birthday with a pink and gold theme. This cake is extra special because it is made with three sponges - pistachio, raspberry and vanilla, filled with fresh berries, homemade coulis and whipped cream, finished with raspberry and vanilla buttercream.

Sneak preview of today's cake. This cake was designed by the 5 year old birthday girl herself. She wanted the unicorn from Go Jetters (Ubercorn) holding a red lightsabre with a white chocolate handle! Certainly unique!
