Went yesterday with some friends for the first time. Everything was spot on, food was quickly served and delicious, the staff were warm and welcoming, will definitely be back!

We always enjoy our meal here, and the staff are really friendly

Started the new year with a night out for a family meal. Our server minde Vic I think his name was, was absolutely brilliant. Attnetive, friendly and great with my 2 year old. Always spoke to her like a grown up and took her order which is lovely to see. Food was amazingly good. Highly recommend those crispy tacos and chimichangas. A lovely evening spending time with my family in a great place with great food. Definitely coming back

Second time at Chiquito’s tonight and once again a great meal with great service.

Will be going back for sure !

Really impressed with the menu stating that chips, onion rings and burger buns can be swapped for salad, roast veg or rice. Great for those of us on a low carb way of eating! Our server was lovely and friendly and what can I say about the duty mananger?? He seemed to be aware of everything going on, helping out where needed and nothing seeming to phase him.

Great all round experience and we will return

Had a wonderfull night out with the girls for one of their birthdays. From start to finish the evening was Amazing. Food and drinks perfect and the staff really fun . Thank you x

Great food, fantastic staff,fabulous atmosphere,very well designed Mexican restaurant - our favourite place to go for all our family celebrations

Excellent meeting place plus good spicy food & nice atmosphere!

Booked a table on line then turned up and had a pre dinner drink at the bar before being seated. The service was great along with plenty of choice from the menu.

Although we ate on a bank holiday always vouchers available during normal service days!

ALWAYS great food, and great service. Never been let down. Love the place.

We liked it BUT, we had two vouchers for cheaper Margaritas, & 30% off main meals. Our waiter took & read them took our order, drinks, starters , main meals, puddings, more drinks though the meal. There were 5 of us so you can imagine the size of the bill.. When he brought the bill he said the vouchers were not valid.. So why did he let us order our drinks & meals knowing he wasn't going to let us have the discounts with out a reasonable explanation. I would now like an explanation as to WHY this happened.. Beware of vouchers...

Had a lovely meal with my husband. Food was very nice. And used new app to pay our bill. The only thing that grates in me is when you've only just started to eat and they come ask you if everything is ok with the meal.. ... give me a chance to actually try the food first!

Food very nice, service quick by not to quick, very friendly staff, huge choice of food, would be a 5 star but the beer was a little bit off probably due to the warm weather, but apart from that had a great night, nice lively atmosphere, came home well fed and food came in cheaper than I expected.

We have eaten here before but only the once another it was fine. My wife’s meal was fine but Mir was poor, the chicken was just about cook and only warm and the pulls pork was cold. They did change but spoilt the whole experience and will think twice about going here again.

Visited last night for my Mums birthday - ordered a cocktail each expecting to get 2 as it was during Happy Hour only to be told that they don’t do Happy Hour anymore!! Not a good start!! I ordered the rib eye steak and it was full of so much gristle it was practically inedible. Even the manager agreed it was gross so took it off he bill. The steak was placed on top of the chips so they were all soggy - it was a disaster on a plate! Ordered a bottle of wine and it was warm! They had also run out of chocolate sauce. How can a restaurant run out of that!! Sorry Chiquitos I will not be visiting again. For the money we paid I expected a lot more! I gave the 2 stars literally because the waiter was nice and the manager took the steak off the bill. Get happy hour back, it’s your only saving grace!

Food was okay but very expensive for what it is we ordered 2 lots of fajitas 3 drinks and a side of fries and the bill come to £50 i could go to anywhere else and get better value for money and actully feel full

Your only saving grace was the waitress being lovely and helpful!

I wont be returning anytime soon!!

This restaurant deserves no stars. I trod in human waste in the ladies toilets which I had to clean off with my bare hands to which the manager was very rude and did not even apologise ... I was offered a free drink... I had a brand new pair of ugg boots on which are now ruined. I complained further which has taken from mid March to now to sort out and they have replied advising there is not enough evidence and witness statements to compensate my boots and my meal! Terrible manager terrible customer service and disgusting hygiene.

Staff was very rude I waited 25 minutes before someone would serve me when I asked the bald guy for help he was very rude and pretended I shouting at him I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat this rubbish wants closed down I'll never set foot in this shit hole again

Second bad experience - first was when despite having eaten here successfully with allergies before waiter couldn't even be bothered to check properly with chef if are queries weren't answered by allergy menu which they weren't (allergys to things not on list ) we ended up leaving without ordering and they had cheek to charge us for the drinks ! 2 children Hungry in tears - worse still is their takeaway service - cold faijitas without tortilias - cold undercooked burger not as ordered and hugely over priced bad experience
