Just a very big sorry for not making it to Street Food Monthly today. I'm gutted myself as the business really took off in Hitchin and I wanted to say goodbye and thank you to everyone who has bought a choux bun or two from me.

So come Sunday late afternoon, this is what I will be drinking. It's a strange coincidence as one year ago at Hertford food festival I was given this bottle as a gift and a year on, this is where my Choux Stopper journey comes to an end.
I'll save all my goodbyes and thank yous until next week.

After a whole bucket load of time wasters, looks like Choux Stopper will draw to a close for good. I've decided to put the truck up for sale and sell off all other assets individually. The Choux Stopper salted C actually stopped conversation it was that good. Fantastic concept, executed to perfection.

Such lovely buns!! Had one at the Hertford food festival last weekend and had to go to the Letchworth one this week for another.....So yummy!

Single handedly the most delicious little treat I have ever tasted!! They are sooooo good!!

One word AMAZING. These choux buns are absolutely to die for, these are no ordinary buns... The combination of flavours ... Wow!!Definitely worth the 3 hour drive �� xxx
