User

after having to deal with the building work last few times we had been. was great to see improvements and like what has been done. the displays of the menu are so much better then trying to read the the signs at the end of the counter. escalator to the screens upstairs was still out of order but was definatly better then what it was. Really enjoyed Star Wars too

User

Went there last night to watch Avengers Infinity War Amazing venue great customer service and very comfy seats and huge screens had a great time would go again

User

Went Yesterday best time going ended up watching 4 Films in total. Seats were super comfortable. And Staff were Friendly and Polite Defiantly coming back for other visit.

User

We watched Black Panther And the screen and sound was amazing really good experience. Sitting on the balcony was also a new thing for us and it was really great

Staff were also very helpfuk

User

Very nice cinema and very comfortable seats. However the music in the foyer was extremely loud and like walking into a night club.

User

Very impressed with the new SuperScreen. The building work has finished and it looks great. I haven’t tried the food yet as I haven’t ever been a fan of their nachos and dips. Nachos and dips are my fave at Odeon. Very impressive screens, visual and audio quality. Definitely be back. Car park fee can be waived when validated with cinema receipts. Haven’t been back to the nearby Odeon since I’ve really enjoyed my last four visits to Cineworld at the O2.

User

They’ve taken away the seating on the main cinema area to make space for the ticketing terminals. Bad show as this means nowhere to sit whilst waiting for your film. Come on Cineworld there is still space left so put some seats back.

User

It’s very good for what it is. However, my overall conclusive star rating would be: 3.67 *. For the location and convenience, rather than the service they provide. Friendly smile wouldn’t go a miss.

User

The refurb looks amazing and the and the seats are comfortable. However, your staff look miserable and are constantly on a go slow. I’ve never known it to take so long to get a drink and pop corn. I find this a problem in pretty much most of cineworld.

I try not to go to the o2 as much as I find some fellow cinema goers a bit disrespectful. Pretty much every time, there is silly boys and girls chatting all the way through the movie. At one point there was even a girl on her phone. Why on earth would you go to the cinema only to talk all the way through the movie?

User

The cinema is much the same as most others. However, the parking arrangements are a joke. You get 4 hours free but you have to get your ticket validated which is an inconvenience and, if you stay more than 4 hours be prepared for a shock when you have to pay the difference. A better idea would be to go to Bluewater.

User

Seats are comfortable and thats it really. Very very overpriced food (even more than normal for a cinema).

No escalator working and the lift is tiny amd very slow.

Staff look unimpressed to be there and act like they are doing you a favour!

Watched Jurassic World the fallen kingdom.... good film!

User

Nice comfy seats!

Saw 2 films on bottom level sandwhiched between 1 film on upset level

Neither lift nor escalator working, so not cool

And bottom bathroom was still gross at end of 3rd movie like 7 hours later, ewww

Saw Wrinkle in Time 1st and Tomb Raider last

Neither time did they check we had 3D glasses

This poor older lady in Wrinkle in Time thought her eyes had gone funny then had to leave the movie, missing some of it, to go get glasses bless her!

User

Never ever experienced queues that move so slowly!!! We waited full 27 mins by which time we missed the beginning of the film( wasn’t bothered by trailers) why do people buy tickets in the food queues??? Seats were ok once in but I must have been under a vent because I froze... not that great an experience - I had expected better!

User

It's ok booked movies for juniors but was very loud my poor boy was sat holding he's ears. Ment to be kids time bit disappointed.

User

I wanted to get an unlimited pass and the two people that were asked about it really didn’t know other than you can only do it on line. When we asked if we did it online can we use it the same day the person had to ask for the manager. I think they need more training

User

The queues are terrible. I'm disabled and once we bought our drinks and popcorn we was told to climb the stairs as escalator was not working. I said I can't do that and then he said you want to use lift. So he came over used a key to get the lift to operate. 3 other men piled into the lift with me and my sister. I was squashed. I don't think the staff are understanding to the needs of disabled customers.

User

be careful what you sit on in the dark!!!!

took the day off traveled for an hour to watch star wars in the DBOX, one seat didn't work the other seats were filthy which we only realised when the lights came on at the end. complained at the end to the manager she tired to offer us two free tickets to use at any cinema, however I just wanted a refund on the tickets which she refused. She didn't seem to comprehend that we were left with a bad experience and we would have been left out of pocket because we would have to travel to o2 to get the same value for the tickets, DBOX tickets are £18 standard tickets at my local cinema are £11 so we would have been £14 worse off. She refused to give a refund, not seen such bad customer service in a long time

User

Staff is miserable and the management is poor! Long waiting times and they are not having a local standard operating procedure for refurbishment...!

After you get the cinema tickets and you paid for you ice cream, you need to que to get your ice cream...no one is informing you what to do or where to go....no signs available...way out signs in the wrong place...why don't you shut down until the refurb is done??? Let me guess, you don't want to lose business($£€)....but you can be sure people won't come back!!!Well done!!!

User

Staff are rude !

Why do children get ignored ??? This has happened twice this week & im just sick to death of it !!! I sent A over to get some napkins where you collect your food. It was empty and I could see what he was doing (trying to make him more trusting of staff in shops etc) he got ignored by 4 staff members who all looked at him and didn’t even think to ask what he needed to then be overlooked as they went to serve the adult who walked up behind him- if he was a child lost and asking for help he wouldn’t have a chance in hell just because he wasn’t crying!!! Once in the cineworld & once in Harvester
