I Went to watch a 3D film and they did not turn of the roof lights, when I complained to the usher he said it was normal because they were security lights. Watching a 3D movie with a light glaring in your face not only gives you a migraine but ruins the 3D experience. Looking at it now I should have asked for a refund, but now I know that I won’t be going back to this establishment
Very spacious and comfortable cinema; downsides are usual cineworld problems: excessive prices and ridiculously long ad time before films begin (~ half hour). Good selection of times for films and located in a convenient area.
Nice small cinema but there's too many lights left on during the movie.... when asked about it they said it was for health and safety reasons.... but all the stairs are lit up with LEDs so there's no need for lights to be on and it does tend to ruin the movie....
It's a standard cinema; clean, comfortable and offers decent snacks, popcorn and drinks.
The reason or four stars is that personally I think it's overpriced, but if you go often, the unlimited card is a good deal.
Excellent staff. Great service. Cool theatres.
Very uncomfortable seating. The picture quality leaves much to be desired. Prices for snacks very high.
Cineworld in St Helier is easily found with ample underground car parking a short walk away. The complex is modern, spacious and has efficient & courteous staff. Cineworld usually has the most recent films on show and is reasonably priced. If you want to see a film or are stuck for something to do on a rainy day Cineworld is ideal!
