Went to see The Last Jedi here and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Comfy seats, clean cinema, fantastic IMAX experience, and a special mention to Brian on the door. He was very professional, quick but not abrupt, and chatty and friendly, both when we arrived and when we left. He should be rewarded for his excellent customer service.

User

Went to see Black Panther amazing movie. Even though the cinema is currently be refurbished and looked like a building site, the staff were so lovely and had a small area where they had popcorn, drinks etc. Thought it was amazing that all the staff had a smile on their faces even through the refurbishment.

User

Saw mamma Mia here we go again on Saturday night Brilliant comfortable seats

User

It’s great to have another IMAX Theatre in London. Very smart, new and comfortable. Friendly staff too.

User

I'm a regular so a bit biased but I love the Imax screen. It's a pity they've switched ice cream suppliers.. I miss my chunky monkey! but overall the refurb as worked. A shout out to Brian.

User

I was at the IMAX screen, it's always a privilege to go there, it's the only place I know, as a sound wh*re who loves cinema's with specific sound that incorporates Imax and Dolby Atmos simultaneously? I highly recommend it for any films recorded or formatted in imax, you'll love it.

User

Antman double bill. I hadn't seen the 1st. Really enjoyed both films and always great to be out with Pablo.

User

Watched Infinity War there in 4DX.. I must say that was one hack of an experience and sittings were good and more leg space.. Will love to try Imax 3D as well next time...

User

Visited last night ... My only criticism is that I was cold, as was my friend and overheard several people say the same ... aircon overload! On a positive note the staff serving in the refreshments area were fab ... and the new Mamma Mia film is a must see!

User

My first experience wasn’t great, it was terrible, as they had to restart Avengers again and restarted to far into the film giving away a massive spoiler... came back with my free ticket to see Jurassic World. Place is clean and the sound and picture quality in the Superscreen is immense. Pretty much ruined all my local cinemas for me.. (I live in Dorset, come up for work)

User

I have been in this cinema many times, I think they should do some refurbishing like the have done in the O2 or in Wandsworth, as the seat aren't the most comfortables, but in general is OK. I would like to praise a guy called Brian, who is at the door checking the tickets and the one who said goodbye, always with a smile in his face and very polite with customer, everytime I see him I think that is what is called a very good customer service.

User

Great to discover that this cinema was open on New Years Day. Huge cinema, love the occasional peak at the original architectural features but would equally love to see this place upgraded and the rather standard (and easily missable... The entrance to the casino next door overpowers the way in). Should be the jewel in the crown in Cineworld's portfolio of cinema's and be drawing in some of the huge amount of passing trade, but doubt that it does. Check which cinema your film is being screened in as some are living room sized! Otherwise pick the right studio and film and you'll love this place. Attentive staff and huge snacks counter. I had a bad experience a few months previously when I came here to see BLADERUNNER in 3D and it had been cancelled (replaced by 2D version), my disabled friend and I had travelled in especially, we got a refund but they should have let us in to see it free or given us a free ticket for the next 3D showing (they did neither). Still recommend it as London needs every cinema it still has.

User

Was a very odd experience.. especially as parts of the cinema is closed for renovations. Staff members came across as odd, not exactly friendly, and couldn't really answer queries without seeming uncertain. Film was due to start at 9pm, which is when the previous showing let out.. so had to wait for the cleaner to finish first. And somehow we were in the tiniest (but cozy) cinema with only 3 rows of seats. Luckily the film itself (Game Night) made up for the strange experience.

User

The cinema was small ... but good location and nice movie

User

So why did they open when they are still refurbishing?! The place for the last month has looked like a building site. No complaints once I am in the screen and I am seeing the movie but the fact I book my tickets online, and still need to go to the ticket operator to claim my tickets is very poor. The last month has not been the pleasurable experience I expect from this cinema venue.

User

Worst cinema I have ever gone to. Staff look underpaid, overworked and untrained. Was told to go to the wrong queue 3 times as the ticket machines weren’t working..we got fed up and got the manager involved. The IMAX at BFI is loads better and a lot more organised.

User

Went to see midnight showing of SW Last Jedi last night, was sold 2 tickets for seats that were broken, friend I was with had to go find a spare empty seat meaning we never got to sit together to experience the film, while I endured the whole movie on a broken seat! Also film started and usher took tickets without issuing glasses so had to leave during title sequence to go back out and get glasses...

User

The screens are too small it's almost like I bought 90" TV and shared with 24 people in my house. On the top of than the ticket machines are not working properly, it's over crowded, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will be cancelling my westend unlimited or even the entire cineworld membership.

User

Leg space was cramped. Worse than a bucket airline! Hard seats, back rest dug into my lower shoulder blades throughout film which was way too loud. Got pins and needles in my legs as couldn’t move them at all! Knees were jammed up against seat in front. I’m just under 6’. Never want to go here again. Awful! Awful! Awful experience! Not to mention the renovations in the rest of the building and the ‘building site’ smell! Do not recommend at all!
