Fabulous sponge 2 tier wedding cake with artistic characters perched on the top tier.

My son booked a surprise afternoon tea for me to celebrate MotherŌĆÖs Day today. I couldnŌĆÖt fault it at all. The food was delicious, the service very attentive and friendly and everything together made the day very special for me. We will be back!

My daughter had her 6th birthday party there yesterday. Absolutely perfect party for 10 6 year olds. They all had a fantastic time. Were kept busy and entertained for the whole 2 hours.

Wonderful service for the mums that stayed while party was happening.

Would thoroughly recommend this place.

My best friend and I came on the Complete Baking Day yesterday. It was fantastic. Paul was full of knowledge and very enthusiastic about everything that we did. We both learnt lots of new skills and couldnŌĆÖt believe how many goodies we took home!

Lovely welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff and delicious food!

Like the fact that they have a choice of alternative milks to choose from.

Despite getting my order wrong, they rectified it straight away and apologised for the error.

Their bakery/ patisserie have the most delicious pastries, cakes and freshly baked bread.

I also love its unique rustic charm.

A great place to relax and enjoy a moment of calm. ’┐Į

Just back from a delightful afternoon tea for MotherŌĆÖs Day! Beautifully displayed sandwiches and cakes! So delicious! Elegant tableware and dishes. A quirky old building with so much charm. Very well looked after by the staff from start to finish. Value for money and parking nearby. Thank you for such a lovely time and see you again!!

I visit Cinnamon Square fairly regularly and have always received a wonderful service. The staff are very welcoming and chatty (and great with the kids).

The food is lovely (and I've tried pretty much everything from the menu) and the milkshakes are out of this world.

Definitely the place to go if you're in Ricky!

I fell in love with Cinnabons in the USA and have never been able to find a Cinnamon bun anywhere in the UK to match them until today when I tried the Cinnamon Square bun and now I am in love all over again...

I did one of the masterclasses in Breadmaking with Paul last night. I have to say, it was well worth it. Pauls passion and enthusiasm his craft is very inspiring and it was great to learn how to make a variety of types of bread and understand the way it is done properly. I'd definitely recommend going on a course here if you are thinking about it.

Have just completed a day bakery class and absolutely loved it. Thanks Paul, fabulous teacher x

Booked the afternoon tea for my Nana's birthday. Everything was delicious and there was so much of it we even took a doggy bag home. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Good selection of bottomless teas. I say don't change a thing, Nana says maybe include drinks that are child friendly too or a child version of the afternoon tea. All in all would highly recommend to everyone.

Best cinnamon bun around, and love it so much I have the cook book. Yes at peak times service can be a little slow, but its busy for a very good reason. We go as often as we can ’┐Į

Tasty lunch followed by a naughty sweet treat! Staff - polite, however, considering it was not exactly busy, service was slow and our empty plates were left uncollected for quite some time before being cleared away despite a few staff popping by serving orders to other customers, so plenty of opportunities to clear our table, but they seemed sadly unaware. The service really left something to be desired. ’┐Į

Met my friend for lunch. Cakes look good and the staff were really nice. Need more on the menu like perhaps toasted sandwiches. Had lovely smoothie though.

Food is ok - very dry carrot cake, but more annoyed by the staff who have no concept of customer service and certainly will not go the extra mile. They refused to open the toilets upstairs to allow me to change my 20 month old daughter's nappy - even though it was still 5 mins before closing time, and I also had my 5 day old baby with me - so not very family friendly or understanding as to the needs of their customers. Thankfully the local Nero was more helpful.

It used to be my favourite place for breakfast and tea but it's gone downhill at least within the last year. Staff are friendly and chatty as people have said, but it's the food wait that is absolutely ridiculous. To wait over 45 minutes for a salad and a sandwich is beyond unbelievable, especially when the place wasn't even busy. This isn't the first time it's happened, and the quality of the food isn't that good anymore either. It's over priced for what you're getting. The waitress did give us a free coffee as a GWJ, so the customer service is still there, and appreciation of the problem.



I'm sorry, but you're going to have to up your game considerably when you're competing against places like Nero, Costa and the Spoons which are all just round the corner.

Sevice was very bad a young lad served us and he had a attitude when we asked for the radar to be cleaned he did not do a very good job there was rubbish on the floor and contrary on the floor . When we got our tea and the cup we're dirty and the coffee was cold not very nice at all ..
