Went there after my friend’s birthday and it was very busy - which I think is a good sign! It’s great to see a -now- rare new place opening in central London that serves the LGBTQ community. The place is fun and the location is fantastic! �

Went a Saturday early evening, great atmosphere, drinks cheap for London and good vibe! No complaints 😊

Too crowded for the space but music 🎶was great and people were nice and friendly...

Place is crowded, but the staff do as much as they can with the greatest attitude. Definitely coming back and whenever ever of you guys are in Hong Kong, let me know and I’ll take care of you in my bar! ����

Although the drinks are expensive, albeit average for central London, the main selling point of this bar is the customer service. Having been here a few times, the doorman and the bar staff have consistently been polite and down-to-earth, a strong contrast to the service in other venues in the vicinity, which adds to the experience here. Intrestingly, the reason I came here is because someone told me that the bar was attitude free and welcoming- they were right!

Is a nice place to have few drinks with friends , very quiet During the week expect Thursday and Friday and pack during the weekend , the people in this place don't dance at all so many people just seating and chatting or just standing , the music is good and the bartenders are very hot .

Review: -The key to success when it comes to positive restaurant reviews is customer loyalty. We all know that negative comments are made automatically by action and reaction. High point: the mirrors and the leather armchairs. Best drink: Marguerita.Poor point: ambient music should exist. What I expect: the dance floor. Good social level of customers, so, safe. The barmans have good will and are respectful in the particularities of each one.

Compared to everything around it Circa is actually my favourite place to go when I fancy a glass of wine. It's pretty small, but there's plenty of space for sitting and enjoying the atmosphere (music is never too loud). The only negative point is the customer service. No one smiles, no one tries to be kind in any way, probably because the whole staff focuses on how beautiful they should look instead than how properly they should work.

£11 for a double and coke? Are you serious? This was my first time to Circa and was really looking forward to it. Very disappointed by the rip off prices for drinks. And no, the excuse of being in the west end does not cut it. No one charges that much. And Bar managers wonder why people smuggle drink in. You've lost my custom before it even started, You get the 2nd star because the air-con was turned on.

The bartender was unable to make cocktails even though it was cocktail happy hour. Would not explain why he could not serve us. Poor customer relations. Would not visit again!

Women are not wellcome for businness reasons. But it's not a nice thing to say, so you'll be told you are not on the "list"

Visited Sunday 2nd April around 6pm, fancying a cocktail. The place wasn't really that busy, not many people standing, loads of solace. My partner was told, sullenly, that it was too busy for cocktails. When he looked around the bar and looked back at the barman, he just shrugged and repeated, it's too busy for cocktails. So we went to All Bar One for a couple of hours. Your loss guys

Racist owner talking down using the n-word towards my diverse groups of friends a moment ago. He actually admitted he is actually prejudiced towards blacks and Muslims. Interactions recorded on video....stay away black gays and Muslims!!

Awful customer relations, after asking politely at 430PM to turn one speaker down, the two staff who barely looked at me when I asked them, they told me in no uncertain terms to move to another bar or deal with it. How those two staff were employed is beyond me. Will not be back.
