my partner and I stay here as often as we can we love it! great location and the rooms are lovely. staff are always friendly and so helpful! I was booking a room for tomorrow night and there was a problem on the website which resulted in me booking 2 rooms by mistake! I contacted them via Facebook and they refunded me for the room straight away! So chuffed with the customer service

We wanted a trendy city centre hotel and found it! Our room wasn't big but was perfect for us and there was good use of space. We used the 'lounge ' area on the M floor just to chill ... no offence .. but it was like making ourselves at home in habitat! It was a huge area that was made to feel comfortable. I couldn't fault the bar staff ... they were tentative and knowledgeable.

Check out is 11 .. We weren't rushed ... we took advantage of the free films and watched Baby Driver (quite a new film!) .. beefier leaving. We had a brilliant stay and I would certainly recommend and return to this hotel.

This is mine and my partner have stayed here twice now and loved it....we will be back in the near future...great location in the city centre.

The bed is massive, everything was so clean and the staff were so friendly! Also the shower is just amazing could spent all day in the shower tbh! Can't wait to go back!

Stayed in a few CitizenMs and they're amazing with friendly staff, awesome deco and trendy rooms with a decent sized bathroom. The Ipad controls the lighting and TV.

Stayed here last Night. Was my first time staying here and i was so impressed the staff were so helpful . The room was stunning and so clean. Will definitely be back and will highly recommended the hotel

Staff are lovely and so helpful from the minute you walk in the main entrance to the minute you leave! Rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable, would 100% recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back�

Loved the hotel and all the mod cons in the room! Even got rose petals, balloons and a complimentary drink as it was my birthday! Comfiest bed ever!

Loved it just had an overnite really nice room, very handy for local pubs n clubs slept like a baby decor is amazing and such a layed back place can only give it 5 stars but it would get 10 if i could defo be back

Love the Citizen M hotels. Love the decor, etc. The Glasgow one is very good. Only criticisms we have from our stay there was the was no bottles of water in our room and the iPad room control, although nifty, is quite finicky. The hotel was quick to sort out any issues with it though.

Had an overnight stay last night! Loved it! Swift self service checkin! Rooms very comfortable. Had a slight issue with the heating. The room was a bit cool when we came in late evening and although we increased the temperature on the mood pad it didn't seem to kick in. Just unfortunate I think! Breakfast was fabulous! Lots to choose from. Staff very approachable and available when needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel , Helpful staff, MASSIVE bed and really comfy ! seriously i NEED one of them in my house , Amazing shower , love the shower gels , and those little "quotes" you find around the hotel always tickles me

Loved it! Will be returning next month. Friendly, helpful staff, well-thought out bedrooms and lounge areas, comfortable beds etc. Only disappointment was the cooked breakfast which had been under the heat lamps far too long so dried out and tasteless. Next time will have breakfast out, plenty of options close by. Other than that, great stay!

Great hotel. If u like modernity, funktastik, absolution & room minimality with chic & cool then stay here a night or two. Just mind tho, staff don’t recognise if ur a 1st timer so if ur a bit confused with check-in or facilities just speak up & ask. The breakfast bar staff r very friendly, asks how u r & explains hot brekkie works, the front desk staff - not so much

CitizenM hotels are always in great locations and fun. We had another great stay in Glasgow but the room wasn't as clean as in previous stays. Still will be back soon!

Don’t book here if you can’t control the weather, simple. Absolutely horrible customer service, no sympathy or help at all for people unwilling to make bookings due to red alert snow warnings. Cheeky staff and rude customer advisors. Wouldn’t ever recommend here.

Cold, money grabbing chain that are only interested in one thing. Peak capitalism. Nobody has a crystal ball and could’ve predicted this weather. Said weather is being posed as a ‘risk to life’ and you will not move customer reservations. Advising people should have travel insurance for short, regular train journeys within the same country. Far more prestigious venues are being flexible and understanding. Get over yourselves just because you have a few daft moodlights.
