Wow. What a surprise !!! I have traveled a lot. Have stayed in countless hotels all over the world. But you guys knocked me down!! Ultra modern room, fantastic staff, the style is a killer.
You happened to know about my concert in London, and what did I find in my room? A SO touching note to wish me luck on D Day for the concert, how any more personnal and thoughtful coudl that be?

We popped in for a few drinks on our night out, as the location and bar staff here are truly amazing, especially Ana Arangelova who was courteous and helpful with recommendations. For a great place for pre drinks and friendly staff!
To be honest, I have never been to such an amazing, hustling bustling, colourful and especially digitally advanced hotel with great and very helpful staff. I have travelled and stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one turned out to be a extremely pleasant experience. From self check In to comfy clean rooms and great location, everything is just too perfect. Will surely come again whenever in town. Thank you team CitizenM �
This is a fabulous hotel. My husband and I love everything about it. Our room was super clean, the breakfast was good, not greasy at all... the staff are excellent - very friendly and attentive.
Our bar gentleman last night, Will, was such a fantastic guy! All his cocktails recommendations were fab. Wishing all bar tenders are like him �.

Simply one of the best (if not the best) hotels I've ever been!!! The room is big enough to make you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the night and enjoy the hotel lounge and the city during the day. The staff is the best I've ever met (very helpful and friendly). Infrastructure is excellent! Will come back for sure!!!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Only there for one night but if I were to stay in London again this would be the place. Modern hip and chic. Guys the tech is amazing the entire room in controlled by an iPad. Girls there is a vanity mirror and a bed big enough for 5. Truly an amazing hotel I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Love everything about this place & the staff are excellent!
I just got back from a long day of work to find a lovely hand written note from the staff (who realised I am vegan since I asked a boot a few things during breakfast). The note was attached to a map of the city with little post-it notes that show recommendations for vegan places. I am so impressed with the attention they've put in to do this. Thank you! �

Coolest hotel I have ever been in. All of the modcoms & gadgets you need both for holiday as for business. Inspiring lobby, colorful and arty, great workspace for creative people. Attention to detail: every brochure puts a smile on your face. Rooms not too big, but big comfi bed and great shower. Neighbourhood: trendy, lots of restaurants, markets, bars, unique shops... Easy access by metro to other parts of London. But above all: what a great service. The people working there are nice, funny, relaxed but super efficient. They really make you feel at home. I could live there...

Absolutely spot on. Cannot fault. Coolest place, great location, excellent staff. Quick check in amazing rooms which are technology controlled and futuristic. The decor is Arty creative and cool. Managed to get a cocktail and cake at the bar when I was drunk in the evening and the breakfast the next day was yummy. 10/10 😎

Worst customer service . Cxl by mistake my reservation . Charged more than 400 pounds . Asked to reinstate it back and got refused at each and every corner . They should be ashame !!! Took the last cent which i had from me . Be aware !!!
I booked a room for 2 nights through Booking that I cancelled 2 days later because my boyfriend had booked another hotel for the same dates. I found out that CitizenM charged me for both nights (280€) even though I had cancelled the room 8 days prior my arrival, and my bank account has been charged 6 days after the cancellation ! When I noticed it, I tried to contact the booking department to get a refund but they told me that it was not possible. Booking also tried to contact them to help me getting my refund. I spent my 2 nights in the other hotel I had booked for the same dates and during my weekend I went to the CitizenM Shoredtich to talk to a manager who told me that I could have stayed in the hotel because they had a spare room ! No one gave me this information when I talked to the booking department the day of my arrival !!! So I paid for a room that I could have used but I wasn't given the option ! Plus they did not accept to give me the refund. The way that they handled the situation was terrible, especially for this standard of hotel.
