City Cruises Tower Pier

Excellent place as this is the middle stop for the tourist. Excellent customer service at present and very organised.

Very informative tour guides! We preferred a sightseeing cruise over the traditional bus tours to avoid getting stuck in the London traffic...would recommend to anyone visiting London.

Loved this afternoon tea we had while cruising down the Thames. Highly recommend for anyone especially families.

Nice boat trips. Not that fast but comfy and we had a nice guide who explained a lot.

OK, we were unlucky that the weather was really poor. Grey and raining but we were inside at least. The food was good and the whole experience worthwhile but I don't recall much choice when choosing your food while the sound quality for the return journey made trying to listen pointless.

Went on the Sail with Santa Cruise from Tower Pier with City Cruises - What an excellent time we had :)
The staff were fabulous - all dressed up and so kind to the children - and adults - (who is an adult when it comes to Christmas)
Santa was the absolute best - reading 'The night before Christmas' to the children - who were all enthralled - The gifts were well thought out and first rate for the ages.
This will definitely become a 'Family Tradition' for us every year.

This was excellent. My wife and I went on the 2h lunch cruise, and what a fantastic couple of hours we had!
The boat was plush and clean, and all the staff helpful and welcoming. A delicious chicken with mushroom sauce and vegetables was washed down nicely with a fine wine. And then a complementary short (double!) was a nice touch.
The informative, historic and often humorous running commentary from the captain was excellent, there's a lot more to the Thames than meets the eye.
The meal took about an hour, by which time the boat had passed Lambeth Bridge and turned around. Perfect timing, as it was was now time to head to the open-air top deck for the return journey to Tower Pier.
Very highly recommended!
