Automatic air vent replacement inside the boiler. Then moved the primary filter so that you can get to valves to turn it off and clean it out 👨🏻‍🔧🔧🛠🧰

The floor boards always creaked and would make noises when the heating came on due to expansion in the pipes. When we had a look the pipes were not notched deep enough in the joist. The floor bowed over the pipes. You can see on the underside of the boards where the pipes had been. So the notches were made bigger, lagging and pipe clips were added to hold them in place and to stop them making noises when expanding 🛠👨🏻‍🔧🔧

From looking at the inside of this oil boiler, it was clear that it was well over due a service. The customer had told me that it had been done the year before but the baffles never got taken out and cleaned. They also did not receive an Oftec servicing certificate once it was done. They have now!

Install of a new shower pump as the shower was previously feed by gravity hot and cold supply. What a difference it has made to the showers performance and the customer loves it! 💪🏼🧰👨🏻‍🔧🔧🛠🚿
