This year was amazing, I met and painted some truly amazing and inspring people, but Reuben James, featured in this painting, stands out, he's really something else. Seeing him play at Ronnie Scott's is an experience I will never forget. Reuben and his band played at my show in... April and blew the roof off the gallery. Was on the Queen Elizabeth 8th December and attended a talk on Lowry by Sam Cox and another talk about investing in art. Was really interesting could tell Sam Cox was really passionate about art. He got my sister into art which no one has ever done before!

Visited the Stow gallery yesterday and could not have been more impressed! A wonderful collection of art, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even explained the paintings to my eight year old, who was entranced by her visit!

The exhibition in honour of Vera Lynn's Centenary tonight was so elegant and uplifting!

I am beyond grateful for being there!!

Thanks for hosting a great evening; lovely to chat to lovely gallery staff and lovely to briefly meet Christian. We loved his work last year and bought a print that we really really love and this current collection is just as fantastic. Best wishes Sarah and Donald.

Clarendon did a very professional job of hosting Christian Hook’s Darwin Series, Limited Edition Prints. I’m a big fan of Christian’s work so I had high expectations of the Exhibition.

The prints however lost the vibrancy and depth.They looked bland and did not do justice to the originals which are a captivating adventure in movement.

We have, supposedly, purchased a Christian Hook from this gallery - and are very excited about it and his work. But the customer service and support at this gallery in Stow-on-the-Wold is so horrible that we don't know if it will ever get delivered. We are almost 3 weeks from purchase with no information still. Don't buy from this gallery, unless you have a lot of patience. And I hope that Christian Hook, who is extremely talented, finds new representation that serves him, and his fans, better.
