Our brave Maintenance Team, Nick & Alex are trekking 70km across the Pyrenees! Over the course of 3 days, from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in Aquitaine to Pamplona in Navarre, they will be climbing more than 1,500m and covering on average 23km each day.
The entire trip is self-funded and 100% of the donations raised will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Children's Charity.

Whilst a little far from the West End (Gunnersby train station is a 2 minute walk with between 20 and 30 minutes' train ride, depending on which theatre you're going to) , I can't say enough good comments about this hotel. It starts with kerb appeal and the very attractive outside continues within. Beautiful room (very well appointed) and very helpful staff. I didn't eat here so I can't comment. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby if you want a cheaper option from the middle of London AAA+

We stayed here as guests of another person. We had the most amazing weekend. The hotel is the make or break of a great or bad time.

This was an amazing time. The room was comfortable, relaxed and the staff was amazing helpful caring and attentive but not overpowering. The food was beautiful and plenty of it. Thank you.

The hotel was amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful the food is amazing the only thing I have to say is the scramble egg wasn't very nice but everything else was amazing I will definitely stay there again

Thanks for a great stay - just 1 night but I am sure I will be back. This was my first visit. Friendly, helpful staff and fantastic facilities with quality furnishings. The staff member at breakfast was a star - so happy and helpful - her name was Geveena. Also it was a pleasure to check in and out with Rochelle on the front desk. I believe in giving honest feedback and I am so pleased when it is such great feedback - well done and thank you. Great location also!

Lived in Chiswick for few years now so me and the family booked the Clayton this year,glad we did,nice cosy hotel,great food and great service from the waiters and waitresses and all the staff even through to the security and the doorman who does great job,and that’s what I do,I would highly recommend this hotel

Just recently had my Wedding at this Hotel, me and my wife had an amazing experience, since day one we had a great customer service and on the big day it all went perfect. A big thank you to Sarah and especially Ivo who took care of everything on the day. Thank you guys.

I stayed there for new years and it was brilliant,, the staff where so polite and so helpful with literally everything,, the room was brilliant and clean ,, definitely will be going back to say again

I stayed here for three days while on vacation and it was amazing. Breakfast was always top notch as was the room service. The receptionist was very helpful with anything I need, such as directions or any questions I had. The rooms were immaculate and very cozy. This is THE place to stay if you are ever in the area!

Had a one night stay, room was very comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated and covered all needs. All staff members were professional , pleasant and very friendly. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone wanting a treat in London.. moreover breakfast was really good with variety choices... Thank to all the staff

Had a 3 night stay and enjoyed every minute, lovely choices at breakfast and bar food was as enjoyable as any restaurant food, lovely bedroom with everything you needed, lovely comfy beds and good bed linen and towels, the hotel was lovely and clean it was a pleasure to stay, the only fault I had was the lovely cappuccino coffees they served in the bar would have been appreciated before retiring to bed around 22:45 on 2 occasions, only to be told the machine had been cleaned out ! Why when they were still serving drinks ?

Great hotel and great value for money.

We drove up from South Wales and it's right off the M4 and has an underground car park, so it's ideal if you're coming from the west.

Tube station is a few minutes walk away and you're into central London within 20 minutes.

Genuinely very pleasantly surprised at our nighty at the Clayton (I’d been in the bar a few times over the years for functions but not stayed before) We had a family suite and it was brilliant. Nicely furnished, comfy beds well thought out layout for a family, great service, competitive price. Came for a quick getaway and was perfect. Will definitely come back again!

Booked a deluxe double, but had advised was for a special occasion for my girlfriend on the booking comment. Didn't think much of it at the time, when got there got upgraded to executive room whilst wishing congratulations for our anniversary. 10 mins in to the room, knock on the door and a complimentary bottle of prosecco to wish us well again. Excellent friendly staff. Great location for the tube and for the price head and shoulders above others iv stayed at in london. Not 1 complaint. Thanks again.

Lovely and helpful reception staff, upstairs bar also great, one particular staff in the ball room bar was rude and ignorant - snatching the money out of people’s hands and not even speaking - he definitely needed a lesson in personal skills!



The room and hotel was immaculate but a few more sugars would be appreciated.



At Breakfast we were spoilt for choice, again the staff were friendly and helpful.



Overall a lovely hotel and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

When i first arrived i thought wow! Looked amazing outside and reception area was lovely. We booked a deluxe double room and to me it is just standard. The heating constantly comes on and no windows open. The bathroom is very nice and bed very comfortable. Batteries in remote to tv didn't work,phoned up reception who said they would bring some up but they didn't come so had to go down to reception. some staff are lovely other staff ok. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to the over warm rooms. Xx

Reception staff were friendly, room was really nice and had a good sleep there.

Thought we'd try the "restaurant" the waiters were very rude when they got my order wrong and insisted I said I wanted something I didn't. Staff could not speak English very well at all and the food was terrible and overpriced.

Good solid hotel experiences vary from Good to excellent. Last stay room was poor, tray was left for an overly long time uncollected and I was disturbed multiple times with a do not disturb sign. Apart from this the hotel is generally very good and comfortable and I wouldn't let this stay 6/10 put me of what is generally a 9/10 experience

Checked out saturday morning and called later to ask if my earrings were found on the bedside table by the cleaners, still no response. Every time I call I am told someone will check and call me back, still nothing. Poor service...

On arrival look great.

Guy on reception didn't look interested!!

Then when to our room no directions from guy in reception on entry room was not done bed left used from last person.



Rang reception had to go to them reissued another room on 6th floor!! Yet again no directions to room had to find our own way.



Thought car parking was over priced for 1 night £ £16.00should all be included in room cost as if not from London we had no clue where else we could park near or cheaper.



Overall though had a good nights sleep.
