Just picked up my new car. Buying a car can be a daunting, if not slightly worrying experience. Not the case at Clearwater. Callum was very helpful, gave me a fair price on my trade-in car, and offered friendly advice, as opposed to a hard sales pitch. Put my deposit down on Tuesday afternoon, and picked the car up on Saturday morning with a new MOT and service, plus a couple of extra little deal closures we agreed on. I will definitely be recommending others to look to Clearwater when it's time for a new car.

Absolutely great customer service, no hard selling, given the keys and left to look around with as much time as we wanted. My mini looked brand new but is nearly four years old. Spotless inside and out. A huge selection of various makes/models and spec to choose from and to be honest priced well too.



I was given peace of mind by having a new MOT, the car serviced with the book stamped and the car system reset to show it was completed. I also was given free 6months RAC Warranty and 12months free RAC Roadside and Recovery for peace of mind.



I also decided with no pressure selling whatsoever that I wanted the warranty extended for 2years with the RAC costing £499 for my particular engine size. The warranty covers much more than some do, in the past I have had to claim on another vehicle which could have cost me £1,500 so this expense is well worth it for my own peace of mind.
