a restorative haven in which people who live, work or play locally can regenerate and elevate themselves;
a space where busy practitioners can find an energising and inspiring venue in which to practice;
an easily accessible venue where schools and professional bodies can teach their craft and hold Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops.

⚡️HELLO JULY⚡️ A new month is here & to mark that we have a couple of changes to our class schedule! ☀️ @yoga_with_carla (Carla Arando) will no longer be teaching on a Monday evening, her classes will now be Tuesday: Yin Yang Yoga at 6:15pm and Yin Yoga at 7:30pm. Saturday: Vinyasa Yoga at 10:15am and Yin Yoga at 11:30am ☀️ @ifyousaysoph (Sophia Clarke) will now only teach on Monday at 6:15pm with Yin Yoga. ☀️ All changes are reflected on the schedule, see you on the mat! #clerkenwellbeing

🌟 This constant 'doing' with exaggerated Yang energy at this time of year, can often leave us feeling exhausted, dehydrated and literally burnt out!
🌟 But with a regular nourishing and balancing Yoga practice, we may replenish our energy, bring back harmony; resulting in a sense of overall Wellbeing in Body, Mind and Spirit; enabling us to embrace the Summer more fully and move forward into this second half of the year with greater Stability, Clarity, Confidence and Ease...

🌿 Yin Yoga Classes are the perfect balance to your Vinyasa / Dynamic Yoga practice and antidote for today's busy, adrenaline fuelled, (Yang), Life Styles.
🌿 In Yin Yoga we allow ourselves to slow down, working through a series of supported postures which are held for longer periods of time, usually 3 - 5 mins; working deeply into muscles, joints and targeting the deep connective tissue and fascia, of the body.
🌿 Allowing for a truly nourishing and deeper release of physical and mental tension. Increasing our flexibility, opening up those tight areas of the body, including hips and back; reducing overall stress levels, whilst replenishing and restoring our energy and boosting the immune system.
🌿 Influenced by Chinese Yoga tradition (TCM), specific poses stimulate the meridians (energy channels) and organs in the body, helping to supplement deficiencies and stagnation of Qi flow (vital energy); also known as Prana.
🌿 Bringing our body, mind and spirit back into a place of balance, flexibility and ease, whilst increasing our overall sense of Wellbeing.
🌿 It can be particularly helpful if suffering from fatigue, depleted mental and physical energy.
