Your worker Liam is worth his weight in gold, my son had a massive sensory overload in the briefing room and had to go for time out and he was absolutely brilliant with him, he made him feel safe and didnŌĆÖt push him or pressurise him and let him come round in his own time, he continued to look out for my son for his whole session and he had a brilliant time with his mates ’┐Į thank you ’┐Į

Would like to say a massive thank you to the Clip n Climb staff for looking after us today. About 10 minutes into our session my friend came over quite poorly and the Marshall noticed straight away and got us a first aider and some water. The staff stayed with us until my friend felt a bit better and was able to go home, as well as that they let us put credit onto our account for both our sessions so we can come again and not miss out.



I'm really sorry that I don't know all your names but thank you again for the great service today, we will both be returning again as soon as my friend is up for it!

Was so much fun. It's great that even though my partner and I have different body strengths we both found it challenging because of the varying difficulty of the walls. So it suits everyone of all abilities.....and the instructor was lovely too.

Visited twice and had so much fun both times! First visit I was a bit nervous as IŌĆÖm scared of heights, but the marshals were VERY patient with me! :P

Second visit was FULL of kids, but the staff were very efficient, so we didnŌĆÖt have to wait that long to climb. I will be visiting again very sooooon! :)

Took my 5 year old son to do both jump and click and climb. He absolutely loved both, great organisation great helpful and friendly staff. Only downside is cafe very poor finished jump at 12 ordered 2 hot dogs told not ready come back in 10, go back in 10 and told another 10, go back in 10 and told still be 5 mins at least in which time had to go to safety briefing for climb. Poor service poor options.

Thank you to Callan and Glenn for looking after Mia and Olivia this morning they were amazing and made them feel so safe and made it so much fun. they loved every minute. We definitely be going again.

Really impressed by the Clip'n'Climb team at Jump Street, Chelmsford - particularly Liam, who really looked after my daughter and her friends trying the 'leap of faith' for the very first time - exceptional care and encouragement.

I'd booked two sessions for my 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter, they were both about to give up, until one particular Marshall came along - apologies for not getting his name, his encouragement, enthusiasm and love for climbing really shone through, he really encouraged both my children to go for it, climbing next to them and showing them how to come down without fear +, I can't thank him enough - shame other Marshalls simply clipped the kids onto a wall and walked off mostly without a word.... Thanks to him, my children both feel a huge sense of achievement. (Just wish I knew his name!!!!)

I never knew I had a fear until I came here. Josh C your climbing marshall was absolutely incredible! He was so helpful! Three times he helped me try to get over the fear and assured me the best that he possibly could have! Please see that my thanks get to him! Without him I would probably still be stuck up the climbing wall ’┐Į heŌĆÖs a real credit to your team!

I don't normally leave reviews, but had to come on and say a quick thank you for a great morning yesterday at the Clip n Climb. Not only was the place immaculate, but the system in place was so efficient and child friendly - my 5yo and 6yo fully understood your system and could enjoy the morning without us having to hover over them the whole time. The staff were absolutely wonderful.... every single one was happy, friendly, helpful and interacted with the children brilliantly - they were a real credit to you. Can't wait to come back!

Had an awesome time at clip 'n' climb this morning. Thanks to excellent advice of the staff, I managed to overcome my fear of 'letting go' at the top. Such a variety of walls. We had a great time!

Had a great time with my 9 & 14 yr olds daughters, the staff were very friendly and made the experience so much better. The climbing walls were so much better than other places we had been before. Would definitely recommend going, were planning our next visit

Fantastic place .... great set up. Our party of 12 had a great time, aged from 8 yrs to 48 yrs. Would totally recommend.

Brilliant place for the kids, we had a great time doing something different on the clip n climb, definitely be coming back here as well organised too

Brilliant morning at Clip and climb and trampolining with a 6 and a 4 year old. The staff were great with kids - especially with the climbing. A big thanks to Liam and Jack O who were fun and encouraging and really helped the kids get the most from the session.

Absolutely brilliant from arrival to finish. The staff here are FANTASTIC! They were so good with my special needs child, patient, funny and professional. They encouraged him, supported him and praised him during his first clip n climb. It was a fabulous, enjoyable experience to watch all 3 of our children aged 6 to 15 have such a great time! Thankyou So much!

1st time at clip & climb, very well organised and safe, my 10yr old did all 3 challenges and my 8 yr old just climbed but hes really wanting to go back to do the leap of faith!!!

Think you need stuff on things so bigger kids don't smack others in the head...when I think this is unacceptable... and I think more then one person taking food/drink orders just a lot of people walking around.

What a joke at jump street chelmsford, far to many people can't get on trampolines, asked for refund told credit on account, no thanks. Manager Agreed refund but have to wait until Monday for a phone call from customer service before getting it, not the only person asking for refund. No one here can put a refund through, they only know how to debit your bank card.

Fire alarm went off had to queue in a single file to Exit, took far to long to get out of building.

Double bouncing all other the place, my Niece got hurt.

Then to top it off someone was randomly taken photographer of the kids.
