Goods must be checked for faults, damages upon delivery.
Cloud9beds take no responsibility for beds, mattresses that have been discarded or thrown out before delivery has been completed.
Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 7 day period.
