The 100 mile treadmill challenge is now underway in the Club Kingswood reception area.
Ben and Matt are carrying 26lbs on their back throughout the challenge, the amount of weight that one of their clients lost following their last TRANSFORM8 program.

unfortunately after 17 years Eddie is moving on to pastures new, leaving a rare Full Time Fitness Instructor Vacancy at Club Kingswood

TRANSFORM8 coaches Ben and Matt will be taking on the 100 mile treadmill challenge in just a few days time. Yes that's correct, they will set out to cover 100 miles on a treadmill in a 24 hour period here at Club Kingswood.
Not forgetting that they will be carrying a 26lbs on their back back throughout the challenge, the amount of weight that one of their clients lost following their last TRANSFORM8 program.

What a great place I recently signed up for my 3rd time I recently had some shoulder operations and the staff have been so helpful to aid my recovery...especially Eddie..I also introduced a friend who signed up straight away she also is a returning member

We booked this venue for our Dads 80th Birthday party venue was lovely buffet excellent bar staff were great especially Jason who went above and beyond to get a lead for my brothers speaker to enable him to sing with 2 speakers instead of one we really enjoyed our party and Jason ensured that it all went smoothly we were very grateful to him and everybody that night so thank you very much

This place is more than just a gym , always some classes going on , the staff are all amazing and very friendly , i always feel comfortable and donŌĆÖt feel like anyone is judging me they make you feel like nothing would be to much trouble if you need any help keep up the excellent work you all do , best gym in Essex x

This is a fantastic club where all of the staff are a credit to the owners. I would highly recommend Club Kingswood to anyone that wants to improve there fitness and make new friends. The staff are always there to help.

Definitely 5 stars.

The club is very nice, lovely and clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Not too many classes during the day and weekends. Also the cr├©che do not run alongside, i.e. If doing a 1 hour class you need to book a 2 hour slot!

Me and hubby joined 2 weeks ago! What a lovely place!! nice people, Karen my trainer is great, excellent equipment, lovely bar and food with a nice view!! Worth joining!!

Just to say club Kingswood is more than just a gym. I held an afternoon tea there to celebrate my aunts 80th birthday. The staff ensured it was perfect for us and the sandwiches and cakes were spot on!

The sun even shined allowing us to sit outside after. It was fabulous thank you for all your hard work, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

ItŌĆÖs very informal, friendly and no eyes judging you for your shape or condition. Much better than other gyms I have been to. The staff are brilliant and the PTŌĆÖs are really helpful with great advice and encouragement. Plenty of good clean equipment. As others have said itŌĆÖs much more than a gym. Can spend hours here without getting bored and finishing off with a sauna relaxes the muscles nicely. CanŌĆÖt fault it!

The staff especially and the members are friendly and the food in the restaurant is really good!

Changing facilities are good and I always use the sauna.

I hired the function room for my daughters baby shower; the room itself is lovely, offering views across the golf course and a terrace which would be a nice addition in the summer. All of this is to be expected from such a popular venue, what I didn't expect was just how fantastic the staff would be! On what was a very busy day for them, Jason & Ryan still managed to cater for all my requests for extra tables, chairs etc. this was all done with a ready smile and as quickly as they were able. Our baby shower started at 2:30 and the last guests left at around 8pm, having had a lovely day. Thank you so much to Jason & Ryan, you certainly know how to give great customer service ’┐Į

I have been going along to this gym for a few years now and I love it...its friendly, welcoming and I feel comfortable there and that's the main thing that I feel you need in a gym...everyone supports each other.

My kids also love the pool and restaurant!!!x x

Fantastic club with top quality staff something for everyone of all fitness levels. Would highly recommend. The card system is a great idea and a massive thank you to Jason who in 3 months has helped me to lose nearly 2 stone and 10% body fat, great club.

Club Kingswood is a great place to be a part of, the staff are very polite and extremely helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. The atmosphere is excellent and we actually now enjoy going to the gym; great work Club Kingswood you're doing great.

Club Kingswood hosts our networking events and does a pretty fantastic job, food is excellent and staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this venue for events, meetings and even lecture sessions as well as having an onsite spa and gym facilities which are second to none.

CanŌĆÖt wait to get back to burlesque!! So excited you guys are putting on a class with Keri. Keri is such an amazing teacher! :)

Good place to get fit and relax. Big choice of equipment, different classes to attend also tennis , squash and golf club. I always go to relax i sweeping pool after and to sauna ’┐Į
