I am just sat pinching myself all over! How can I be so lucky to have such kind, understanding and thoughtful people in my classes 💕💕
From the beautiful baby gifts at Zumba 💜Roz Pyne💜 Molly's going to look so pretty.
To the string of technical problems at Elmstead, so beyond my control. When we thought we had a solution but the music was still distorted. You wouldn't let me go home crying into your refunds, you all said we dont need a bass to glow and have fun!
... I was so nervous returning to Tuesday Zumba after my maternity, I didn't even anticipate it would be clubbercise that went belly up 😂
Massive thank you to both of my classes for making me feel so at home and safe at work regardless of obstacles in the way! For the love and faith you are truly the best 🥰🥰
I have hopefully got a temporary solution in place for tomorrows double and a long term solution coming Thursday thanks to the all hours working, helpful guys at Sound Dynamics Ltd who have helped st 10pm at night!

Most people assume I am a really self assured confident person, mainly because the more anxious I am the more giggly and chirpy I get.
... Behind the laughter and the smiles, I definitely spend more than a healthy amount of time wondering why people chose other people over me, how can I be better? Is there something about me that isnt good enough? Truth is I am just a total muppet and really shouldn't worry about these things.
We all know it's a waste of energy, so why do we do it to ourselves!? There really is absolutely no need.
We do not need to justify ourselves to anyone, we do not need to rate ourselves by the opinions of others, we certainly do not need to change ourselves for people who do not appreciate how ruddy amazing we are in the first place!!!!

✏I'm still not getting enough rest to function like an appropriate adult ✏I'm going to hate being away from my babies ✏I'm really excited to get back to the classes I have been missing ... ✏I'm totally nervous about returning to work properly ✏I'm very grateful to the great instructors who have covered my classes over the past 10 months. ✏My body is totally not back to full fitness but here goes nothing....
