Zsolt Bálint, one of our tech leads, was invited to talk about his management experiences and the benefits of the Scrum management model. The IT meetup was held at the Harghita Business Center in Székelyudvarhely and included discussions about the Scrum methodology, highlighting that the integration of this model into the corporate culture is the only way it can be of help.

Our interns from Székelyudvarhely developed an application as part of the U-Hub Heuréka program, an initiative that has set out to bring young talents home after finishing their studies. We are glad that we have contributed in keeping clever minds home! Our summer internship stories end here. Yesterday the #ccteam ruled AROBS Transilvania Half Marathon in Kolozsvár. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

It has been two weeks since our quarterly team event where we reflected on our projects and successes of the past three months. We took this time to talk about the experience we gained and the goals we set and achieved. Having held the event in a natural environment, we put work aside to spend quality time together after the evaluation. We are ready for the challenges the last 2018 quarter brings! 💪

Remember the RoboCorp team we sponsored earlier this year? Three talented members of their team joined us at our Csíkszereda office for summer internship. These young students full of enthusiasm worked on a mobile app built from scratch that will ease the ordering process in restaurants. They will present this project at the 6th edition of the Digitális Székelyföld Conference, on Thursday. “My experience of being an intern at Cognitive Creators was really positive. I had the chance to ask for help from experienced developers, that led to fruitful working hours and the implementation of several features into our project.
