A few weeks ago @callaghanjewellers invited Miss Maggiemay down as they wanted to gift her a Claddagh ring, as you can imagine not only was she so excited she was very very thankful, and I too for treating her like the princess she is 🙏🏼
If you watched my Instagram stories you will have seen the story behind the claddagh from Mr Callagahan him self (an me not being able to resist a bit of harmless flirting.... It’s National Bikini Day so it would be rude of me not to acknowledge it 😉 . I’ve thought about posting this from this morning, with thoughts like “wise up, it’s only people with amazing to die for bodies that will share bikini pictures” or “do not put yourself out there for haters to hate” then tonight my thoughts have been “BIG DEAL” “do ye really care about what others think” and “do it for 90% of women who don’t have flawless amazing bodies, who like you are covered in s...tretch marks, cellulite & flabby bits hanging out everywhere” “teach young girls and women alike that’s it’s ok not to be perfect and that this is what most real bodies look like and it’s important to love and accept ourselves flaws and all” . We are always told to live for today and not to worry about the future, whilst I do somewhat agree Ive also come to realise an think it’s important to set ourselves goals for the future, something to work towards, a purpose if you like! . When I decided to started my journey last year I HAD to set goals, I knew it was going to be one of the most difficult journeys I’d take so for me it was important that I had goals to work towards, to push & motivate me on the tuff days, to... watch my progress and assure me I was on the right path. I set myself challenges (just small ones to begin) and I told myself every day it would happen and they did, I then made them bigger ones and again they are happening 🙏🏼 So this past 2 weeks especially upon returning from holidays we have been planning and setting our goals for the future starting by each month, 3 months, 6 months etc and I’m excited! . If this is not something you’ve done before I encourage you to try it, what have you got to loose by doing so (nothing I’m sure) but everything to gain from it as you will begin to look at everything so differently and see & notice things you never seen before, you will start to become more clued on, more positive and ambitious, in turn you will start to attract people alike you will start to distance yourself from those than drain your energy you know the kind that don’t want to see anybody doing well and always want to point out the negative 🙄 and like to gossip...... basically the kind of people that are going nowhere an wish to hold you back with them!
