Colsterworth Bootcamp is a one hour full body workout in a group environment. On every Monday and Wednesday at 7. 30pm throughout the year.
Colsterworth Bootcamp Description
Colsterworth Bootcamp runs from 7. 30-8. 30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Village Hall.
There's lots of variety, with each session being different and working all elements of fitness: aerobic, anaerobic, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, agility. You work as hard as you want to - you'll find the group environment really motivating and there's always fun to be had!
Cost is £5 per session, or £8 for two consecutive sessions. If you want anymore information, just text me or message /email me through Facebook or my website.

Clearly it would be pointless having Bootcamp on Wednesday....there'd be no one there to do it and no one there to take it. So for one week only, Bootcamp will be tomorrow evening (Tuesday) at 7.30pm......meet at the Woolsthorpe playing field.

Well, the way the dates have worked out this year mean that the first Bootcamp of 2018 is this Wednesday the 3rd! So if you fancy sweating it all out come down to the Village Hall at 7.20pm. We'll start the new year with a nice, easyish session.
Tomorrow (Weds 13th) is the final Bootcamp before Christmas. We'll be starting again early doors on Weds 3 Jan to blow off the cobwebs ūü§£ūüėĀūüėĄ
