Colsterworth Truck Stop

2nd March 2018. Lorry Park open. Diner open. Lorry Wash not open. Showers sorry still out of action, new boiler being fitted by excellent Plumber Jamie. Hope to be up and running soon.

Busy day today for the lads on the Lorry Wash. Thanks lads for your hard work. Doing a great job.

Spent a few overnights there since Christmas. The facilities are excellent, clean toilets, clean showers although the timing could be a bit longer. Shop has many accessories. Snap account welcome.

Pay the extra £1 to get the four quid off your meal (saving £3is a must in this day and age).

Food is top notch. I highly recommend the steak pie.

One of the best salads I have had in ages nice to have a choice from breakfast,steak etc will be back when passing again possibly steak salad next time even tho scampi salad sorted me for the day

I stay here regular once or twice a week all ways get a parking spot even at 8.30 at night the hot showers are all ways clean as are the toilets the food never sent a empty plate back yet and the staff are so friendly you feel like you have known the years great place pop in even if your not a trucker I don't think you will be disappointed

I have been staying here a few times recently. Plenty of room, great food, good showers, friendly staff and generally a good place to unwind.. I will be going back again.

I allways head for this overnight stop when I'm in the area, great fascilities and fantastic food. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasurable one, fully recommend

Had the pleasure of a couple of nights here this week and it was excellent as usual.

All very clean and tidy on site and excellent food served by friendly staff followed by a great nights sleep knowing your safe from the bandits. Plus I had the truck washed and a super job they made of it too.

Great food, gotta get in early as very very popular.shower button a bit annoying but it’s the cleanest truckers showers I’ve used. My personal number one stop if I’m paying to night out.

Great food great carpark. I use snap so free for me. With a £1 voucher get £4 value in cafe. Great staff clean and hot showers all round great place to park ��

Food was spot on and decent price. Parking area flat and mostly tarmaced and parking at 16 quid with a 3 quid meal voucher and a free shower is cheap as well.

Food was great very cheap and nice only down side was the showers only 8 mins to have a shower I managed it just lol will stop there again

Don’t stop at colsterworth that often always been satisfied you can’t beat the colsterworth salad � and with the continued investment every time I stop and Friday 24th March was no different with more showers almost complete it can only get better �

Cracking place stopped here a few times always clean .I deliver fuel here staff are friendly and can have a laugh with them .food spot on too �

Call in here in the truck when ever I can, easy parking, good food and plenty of it. Called in with the kids before truckfest, all had adult meals, 6 meals with drinks just £35!!! Better food than most pubs. No one left hungry. Great service, quick fresh food. Should be more places like this around.

1st time user yesterday and will definitely use again. Good quality food and a great price. Arived late but was still found a spot to park up. Good clean showers and toilets.

1st time of parking here and will definitely stop again. Nice to have a flat, clean tarmac area to park, toilets and showers clean, and the food superb. Some of the friendliest staff you could ever wish 2 meet. Will b recommending this stop 2 all my trucker mates...�

Great place, great food and becoming my breakfast of choice over a Weatherspoons. However, stood at the till ignored, while the person taking orders carries on a conversation with someone, isn’t a great advert. Time matters. At least acknowledge the next customer, not just carry on talking then stare at them. One-off hopefully.

Busy place sadly too few like it on the A1 good food decent showers my only concern is if there was ever a wagon went on fire through the night it wpuld be carnage

What happened???

Called in for fuel and dinner and food was perfect as usual then put the truck and trailer through the truckwash as i normally do when I visit....drove out 20 miles or so down the road had to stop and clean drivers side window and mirror as it had dried streaky. The divers side of the whole truck was a mess wheels not done, none of it had been rinsed of so was dirty nothing above window height had been touched and I don't think the front was brushed either apart from the windscreen???

Near side of the truck was all ok as usual.

Sort it out fellas for nearly £30 I want a decent job doing...called in at maltby and had to have it all done again. �

Truckstop shop and bar all fantastic great service but I won’t be using the truck wash again twice in 2 weeks now used it both times mirrors have been missed and so have half the wheels poor service need to bring back the 2 original lads when it first opened ��
