Working at Margate Winter Gardens and needed some where to stay ~ Accommodation in Margate all full and not many B and B,s anyway. Tried these people and booked straight away a few miles up the road in Ramsgate, great room and Bar service ~ Thanks for letting me put a Stylistics poster in your front window advertising our forthcoming show down the road �

We had a delicious afternoon tea with a voucher purchased through Groupon. Good value, excellent range of Sandwiches and cake to choose from. Scones we're fresh and warm and macaroons a nice touch. We will visit again.

Spending a couple of days here at the Comfort Hotel absolutely fantastic hotel our room is beautiful so cosy and warm with stunning views

I've stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. Staff are really friendly.. left my phone charger and the lovely receptionist went to her car to get me one 0700 in the morning.. Overall 5 star Service.

I come here quite often for food and drink. The food is delicious and reasonably priced along with the drinks and the hygiene is very good. The roast dinners and fryed breakfasts are my favorites.

Have just had an amazing massage & facial at the salon, highly professional & friendly therapist. Lovely staff, highly recommend & will definitely come again.

Had a great evening at the murder mystery dinner. Food was lovely and bar prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will be back for another themed evening.

Fabulous, wonderful friendly accommodating staff great value comfy room with sea view, great reasonably non stupid London bar and food prices.

Not looking so tired now, rooms were clean and newly fitted bathroom , sea view and breakfast ( paid for) was freshly cooked and great selection if you just wanted continental.

My first visit. Had a 'small' Sunday roast for £6.95 which was still a very good sized meal. The meal was hot and fresh and tasty but the roast potatoes were slightly underdone. Very good value for money. Pleasant dining room. Good service. Would go again and recommend for a good value roast.

Hotel is currently under going a 'face-lift' (new carpets and a lick of paint), which will look lovely when done. I found no disruption because of this though. Part of the improvements include a gym and sauna; nice selection of cardio and weights machines in a pleasant air conditioned room. Didn't use the sauna but it looked clean (albeit a little small). Had the continental breakfast which I found quite satisfying with a large selection of breads, pastries, cereal, yogurts and fruit. Tea, coffee and fruit juices also included. Room was of a decent size, with the obligatory dated firniture (doesnt bother me). Bathroom, again dated, but clean and had all the usual complementary toiletries. The only issue I had was the squeaky floorboards causing a lot of noise from the room above. Overall a very pleasant hotel in a lovely location.

Our room was comfortable but small though the bathroom light couldn't be fixed and parts of the room needed attention. The staff up-graded us to a beautiful executive suite at no extra expense. Breakfast was minimal and lacking. Overall the staff were kind and eventually sorted out our problems.

Clean and comfy a little to warm for me air conditioning ineffectual slept with windows open and air conditioner on all night .food you get what you pay for

Mother's day meal set menu not many options rushed service starter of pawns looked very cheap and tastless main of turkey quite fatty could not even finish coffee without being asked to sit at the bar area £98 for 3 adults 1 child not worth half of that price have been here before but today is going to be the last time

Afternoon tea on mismatched chipped crockery and dirty cups!! Felt sorry for the young girls that work there!!! No air con working and windows that don’t open due to being painted shut!!!!

I booked to have a gel manicure /pedicure a few days before my holiday only to turn up to discover they had no Base coat or top coat.went home to get mine.so they used my product but still hanged me full price.there was no one to to as beautician was the part time girl and no reception staff.not only that.supposed to last a fortnight.peeled off after 2 days.needless to say I won't be returning

Hadn't visited for years but decided to have lunch here for my partners birthday today as we live nearby. Prices have increased on food but the quality is really poor, the burgers were over cooked and the chips are saturated in oil! My partner decided to put £5 in their slot machine, only to find it wouldn't take the money - so I un crimped it for him to go through, but after he put the money the machine in it wasn't registering. My partner told the lady at the bar, she came over and opened it, found a folded up paper wrapper of some sort and accused us of putting that in instead of money, locked it back up, without actually looking properly - even after said paper was removed and the machine turned on it still said 'note error' so the money was still stuck! I don't appreciate being accused of lying and being a business owner myself would of expected the money kindly offered back as a good will gesture, but instead we left without even an apology or explanation. Absolutely disgusting customer service.. we won't be returning.
