Just want to a massive thanks to Adele, Angela, Sarah and all the staff for the great service we received for my daughters 18th party last Friday. What a night we all had and to go back to such a comfy bed was bliss. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again and would highly recommend for a party and/or stay xx

Brilliant really raised the game and kept prices in line with the competition one thing that stuck out was the service received by George (hope thats his name).the guy is an asset to the commercial very calm polite and doesn't mess you around well done commercial.

Stayed in the hotel, family room. Staff very friendly. Bar is nice and welcoming with a party feel. Great place if you like music, which we do, even at my age (51). Where it could have been better, the room could have been cleaner. Our door lock was so stiff, it took 10 mins to open, so had to be left open all night, in case of an emergency. Nothing could be done at that time of night. Our children are in there teens, but didn’t feel comfortable enough to leave them too long, so only ended up have one drink in the bar. Breakfast was tasty, but cold in places. I think if they could put this right, it would be a good place to stay.

Went in for a meal with my partner on tuesday starter was too greasy so most or it was left... partners main meal was over cooked in the microwave....my meal was gave to another table 2 away from me and then brought out as if it was mine ... hardly touched it ... pay before you get you're meal a con .. won't be eating in there again ever ... wasted day with rubbish food.
