Rape has ravaged our community once again....... a minor ( 9 year old girl). There is a lot of talk on Womans Rights, Gender Equality, Every Rights that is in the book, you name it. The question is...... With harsher penalties given out to the pepertrators, there is still a brick wall. Where do we go from here?? How do we start with educating the people ??? There is something really wrong somewhere. Do we blame ourselves, or gender or society, religion?? Where have we gone wrong?
