Good food al fresco

Went for coffee in Feb 2017 , waitress accidentally spilt coffee over my coat , manager did offer to get it cleaned but we had plans to shop and go to theatre in the evening also very cold outside ,not realising the coffee stain would not come out . The coat has been cleaned 3 times and despite many emails to head office I haven't received any monies for cleaning or to replace . NIce people in restaurant but don't go here if you have a nice coat on .

I went today for dinner and I loved the outdoor sitting area and the food but maybe serving the food a bit hotter would be better. The only thing I want to be completely changed are the chairs, not the best. Overall, I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere, thank you :)

Food was great however service was really poor. Must have had to grab people (literally getting up and fetching them) so we could pay our bill. Main course took 35 minutes to come out. We were late for our exhibition because of this. The already added service charge felt like a rip off as we didnt really feel looked after.
