Ristorante molto carino e accogliente vicino a Piccadilly. Cibo buonissimo. Da provare le obergine tagine con il couscous. Gentilissimo il cameriere italiano, Alessandro, che con la sua cortesia e con il suo sorriso ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Da provare assolutamente. Riuscita della serata garantita.

I loved this place! The decor is great, service was fast and friendly and the food is incredible - although it was my first ever Lebanese meal (so I have nothing to compare it to), everything I ate and drank was just fantastic.

Had been to Broadgate several times. First time at Haymarket - fantastic as always - same great food and service but without the crazy queues to get in. Great to see a familiar face too - thank you Cinzia! X

From the outside it looks squeezed into the space but inside there is a real feel good quality about how Comptoir Libanais is set out. I was immediately struck by the simplicity of the table layout, appealing in that it demands little effort to engage in what to do next (so many London eateries require a lot of orientation skills). Taking so little time to do this allowed me to immerse myself in the colour and mood of the place, vibrant reds, greens, yellows but offset by a muted background pallete. The welcome was warm and friendly from the chefs behind the food bar and from the front of house staff. It is clearly a place to socialise and the market style decor encourages this feeling. Food was excellent and no sense of being rushed out. A good experience and one I recommend and look forward to repeating.
