Disappointed with the quantity as well as the quality to be honest, it’s like half the amount of what I normally have in John Lewis branch. I ordered Lamb Kofta and it’s was too and the taste is not impressive. I just hope the quality as well as the quantity should be maintain as standard in all branches. I will not visit the branch anymore, I might try another branch and see how it goes.

Nice atmosphere, canteen like, good strong starters (stunning meze selection), and the waitress was nice but stretched. However, the main courses were pretty shocking. Lamb and Prune tagine was lukewarm and distinctly lacking in lamb and flavour, and my friends sausage haloumi pizza looked like something from Aldi. Wouldn't go again or recommend it sadly...

Went for dinner with some work colleagues. One of the waiters managed to drop a glass and didn't clean most of the broken pieces which were on the floor between me and my colleague. They brought the starters out before the drinks and the pita bread wasn't the freshest I've eaten. They also forgot two out of the nine main courses which I had to chase up a good few minutes after everyone started eating as no one came to see if everyone had their food on the table. The manager was very nice and apologetic but frankly, I don't want to eat after everyone has finished their meals. Everyone who got their food seemed to enjoy it but I don't think I will be coming back again at all after this experience.

I love the food, the decor and the atmosphere. I've been going to the Wigmore St Store for nearly a year now, BUT in the last 2 weeks the service has gone off. No ice in the glass, wrong drink brought to the table, the Chicken Taouk was soggy (swimming in the salad dressing) and tepid and the wrong Sambousek was delivered to my table today after having had to wait nearly 15minutes for someone to take my order. I'm saddened & disappointed. If this keeps up I'll be going to an Edgeware Rd Lebanese Kebab shop from now on where I know that I'm going to get what I have ordered, hot & fast!
