had a fitting with Julian for a Super Acciao (super indulgent..with custom paint.) the fitting came out spot on and the level of attention and service something rare to b found these days, the bike is a delight, currently running on older Campy Zondas, will upgrade to Bora, so should be out of this world! This is my third Condor - (the 1st a Fratello was wrecked by an LBS who shall remain nameless,)Condor replaced the frame quickly and fuss free, that bike I rode 1600 km to S of France without a hitch fast and comfortable all the way

Unfortunately I have not yet had the opportunity to visit the shop itself, however I recently ordered an Assos ij.tiburu.4 jacket via Condor's excellent website. Although it was a sale item Condor had my size still in stock and at the best price I had found after spending far more time than healthy searching the Internet. Even cheaper than buying direct from Assos and free delivery! The jacket arrived two days after I ordered it and was in perfect condition.

Thank you Condor. One very happy customer who shall definitely be ordering from you in the future and hopefully will get a chance to visit the shop.

The knowledge and passion of staff is second to none, combined with competitive pricing and bikes that are a head turning ride. All from my own personal experience. Would not consider buying a bike from anywhere else

The advice I have received in Condor Cycles has always been balanced, and has enabled me to make the right decisions on the best equipment I need to get, which is right for me.



They have been very helpful with advice on my first long distance unsupported bicycle touring holiday. Thanks again :)

Purchased a pair of Portland Design Work Road Mudguards for my winter bike. Sadly they arrived minus the fitting kit but the staff at Condor couldn't have been more helpful arranging delivery of the absent kit for the next morning.



If you're in the market for mudguards, and you're tired of the plastic rattly affairs the mass market often produce, take a look at these they are quality items and EASY to install. (They say for tyre sizes up to 23 but I have found the accommodate 25's comfortably - though this may be influenced by frame design).

Ordered online, items were ready at the moment within the hour. No mess or fuss when collecting. Fast efficient service and some very helpful discussion about saddle issues. Staff are very quick to offer help/guidance and they all seem to be fully committed to the shop and cycling in general. I shall become a regular visitor I think. Nice to know that shops of this type still exist.

My new bike is amazing!!! I replaced my stolen Fratelli with a new Potenza - and I love it! Big thanks to James, who was so helpful and thorough when choosing the spec and doing the bike fit.

Julian, the bike fitter/new bike adviser, provide excellent - knowledgeable, curated and efficient - service to help me choose a bike that I'm very excited with because it's the right cost, designed exactly for my needs and set up exactly for my body shape.

I'm lucky enough to be one of the proud owners of a Condor bicycle and I honestly cannot stress how good they are. The finish is superb, the parts are perfectly matched and the all important ride is unmatched. Simply the best!

I work nearby and have avoided going in before, feeling my shabby rusty bike would get laughed out of the shop. However today I had a flat tyre and was so close I thought I'd give it a go. It was a fantastic experience, happy helpful staff who explained everything without being patronising. I ended up needing a new tyre and they had some budget options too. Would recommend to anyone, fancy bike or not!

I found Condor Cycles through google dealers of Brompton accessories and purchased the Brompton Saddle Mounted Rear Light &

Brompton Rechargeable Front Light with Bracket (CatEye Volt300). The Site is great with varied components to fit and basically re-build my bike if needed so I'll will be using Condor from now on. The ordering precess is effortless and a swift delivery to the doorstep. Would highly recommend.!!

I bought my Potenza back in 2010 and Julian in the Grays Inn Road store sat me on the bike fitter and in two shakes of a lambs tale i was fitted. A month later she was ready. And she is still going. The best place to find your bike. They are all also very cool.

I bought a sale Acciaio from the web a few weeks ago. Everything about it was perfect. When picking it up I noticed that although described as having a full Ultegra group set in fact there was a mixture of Ultegra and 105 parts. This was pointed out and after some checking the guys who set the bike up for me said they would swap them up at my first (free) service. Today the bike went into the workshop and everything was fitted. I am absolutely delighted. So customer focussed. They could have just said it was described incorrectly and left it at that. OK the bikes aren’t cheap but they are well made and lovely to ride. And the service I received was priceless. Thanks guys.

Fast service, good website. Bought Campag cable set in RED. Same price as black, but all other dealers charge a higher price for the red. Very pleased with value and service

Definitely my go to bike store if I'm in London, staff are very helpful and the store has just about every part out on display you could ever want or desire. I always recieve a pretty much instant response from Seb when I use the customer services with questions re. the Super Acciaio I'm building.

Decided I was going to treat myself to a Condor Acciaio frameset, so went for a fitting with James Wakelin at the shop. In that I ended up ordering a full build tells you how good the service and advice were! Upon arrival the bike was absolutely perfect and so comfortable I don't know how I ever used to ride my old one (maybe exaggerating but it is very comfortable). All round an excellent service, the bike fitting is worth paying for even if you weren't buying a Condor, couldn't be happier!

Big thanks to Seb at Condor for going to the trouble of checking that they had exactly the Ambrosio Excellence rim I needed before I ordered it, for getting back to me so promptly and for such speedy delivery.

Best price I found online and speedy delivery, There was an issue with the product I ordered as it had been sold the day before and the one online had not been removed but they quickly offered me the updated version at the same price, can't beat service like that really. Will defo shop again.

I actually thought these guys ran a good bike shop. I even voted for them for Bike Shop of the Year.



That was until I tried to return a product. A pair of Velotoze shoe covers. The first time I tried to use them they split.



When I tried to return them I was told that I had used them incorrectly. I personally cannot see how the way I used them would be any different to how they suggested I use them. The product was flimsy before I even tried to use it.



I was refused a refund and just generally treated with disrespect as a customer.



I have spent a lot of money with these guys in the past, even respecting that they cannot compete with online prices and therefore spending more as I wanted to support them.



I will not be returning again.



Bottom line, good for providing recommendations and general sales support but very poor if ever you need to return something.
