Condor Ferries I sailed on the CLIPPER not because I wanted to but availability on the fast ferry was not possible at the time I required . However although the journey was longer I found it to be very good on this boat and I would definitely use it again with my car.

If the weather is fair the fast ferry is a splendid way to travel to and from Jersey. With a real duty free not a cut down EU version. The price to upgrade your ticket is well worth it.

We travel to Jersey every two years and this year we decided to travel with Condor Ferries as you get the convenience of driving your own car etc. I must say that it is a choice I will never be making again. The service was shocking, staff were rude, both journeys there and back were late by over an hour and when I posed the question of whether they have a refund/rebate policy I was told 'if your journey is in excess of 4 hours late you are entitled to a free hot drink' YES A FREE HOT DRINK. Utterly shocking in every way.
