We have been Quite a few times, back again today and everything was delicious. Chicken Korma was lovely, and all the pakoras were hot and crispy. As for dessert, the mint choc chip ice cream was so good.

We will definitely be back again soon

Was there last night for my grandsons 18th birthday party. It was great. The staff were really lovely and nothing was too much bother. A free cocktail and shots after our food. The staff brought out his cake singing happy birthday. Nice touch. My daughter wanted a meal that was not on the menu and the chef prepared it for her. Been in Bishopbriggs many times and will be returning again soon. Thanks for a great evening.

Myself and sister brought my mum here for her birthday. Her choice and she wanted to come to the bishopbriggs restaurant as its her absolute fav place to eat. Kaitlain arranged for staff to bring out a cake and sang happy birthday and generally made a big deal of my mum which was so lovely. Then at the payment time she wasnt charged for her meal as it was her birthday!! What a nice and surprising guesture . To top off food was gorgeous and great choice. Bargain for the price. Always lovely and fresh and nothing is too much trouble for Bash and his staff members.

I love this place it's got a very laid back attitude which makes it very easy to enjoy your time here. The price is very reasonable and the staff were very helpful and patient with the kids, definitely be back soon.

Always love it here! My 2 year old is very fussy and hardly ever eats and the staff know this and on the occasions he doesn’t eat they never charge me plus it was my birthday yesterday and I got my meal for free too!! We love the world buffet my whole family, staff are always pleasant and can’t do enough for you! Amazing value! Highly recommend x

Was in Renfield street one, found the starters to be cold had to wait for the main course l like best lamb bhoona, l dislike waiting staff asking if lm finished when my plate is still in front of me l always put my plate to side when lve had enough but overall l like it very much so hope the negatives were a 1off

Huge thanks to the staff at Bishopbriggs tonight. We were there for my son's 13th birthday dinner and had a lovely meal but unfortunately he ended up being sick just after his ice cream (probably due to eating rubbish all day!). The staff were great with him and Bash even deducted his meal from our bill when I would happily have paid. Will definitely go back!

Eight of us went for Christmas dinner, was really busy but staff were very friendly even though they were rushed off their feet, couldn't fault the food, well done to the staff and management, will definitely be back.

Went into Bishopbriggs one yesterday and was very disappointed, starters were all cold and not much out apart from Indian and Chinese food. My son really fancied a burger or pizza but no burgers out or anything but pizza with olives on them. (He went up twice) where have the satay sticks gone too? Another favourite. Prawn crackers were stale and nan bread dry and crispy?!?

Think we will give it a miss from now on. Shame coz we used to love it there.

User

The staff are nice and very helpful. I had the chicken pakora but unfortunately it was slightly warm and rather tough, the same goes for the vegetable pakora which is a shame. The pizza was nice and my partner and enjoyed what she had. The Bishopbriggs resteraunt doesn't have Mr whippy ice cream maker so my child was a bit disappointed. it's very nice inside and it would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for the pakora.

User

had not bn there in a while, went for daughters birthday as it was her favorite place to eat out,but was very dissapointed in the food ,very dry and display of food not topped up with much when ran out

User

Not much choice and toilets were very off putting for a food place

User

Didn't enjoy it yesterday! The staff were over literally every 2 mins asking if we were finished or if we needed more drinks whilst we had drinks and obviously still eating!! No boiled rice, pakora tasted like they were reheats and hardly any meat in the teriyaki! This was the second time we have been to the one in Renfield street and there won't be a third!! Really disappointed!!

Was happy staff were able to accommodate a large group with no prior warning however communication was dreadful. I was advised at start of meal we could not have Individual bills it would be one table bill however I confirmed we could pay the one bill separately using cash and card. When it came to bill the guy refused to do it but told another group he could split it 4 card payments. Somehow with everyone rounding up their payments I ended up paying extra than my bill should have been despite paying buy card (not by much but it still doesn't make sense)

99% of the time when I asked a staff member a question they asked someone else...who then asked someone else...who then asked the manager. I would be asked my order for drinks then a girl who hadn't understood any English at all would come by and ask us for drinks but would only ask me and not the rest of the table ( I ain't in charge of them) it felt like as soon as I tried to speak she would panic. We even had drinks turn up that we didn't order (I don't believe we were charged for them thankfully) The tongs for the pizza kept disappearing and the slices were barely cut and got to point the guy behind counter just told me to tear it off with my hands...it's a buffet not very hygienic.

Food was tasty but customer service was horrendous. Really put off returning

User

Hi I have literally just left your sauchiehall street restaurant and underwhelmed us an understatement... me and my fiance have just left dinner at your restaurant and we were massively disappointed with both the food and the service... 90% of the food was dry and stale as it had all sat out for too long...to the point it made me throw up... on leaving we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waitress to which get response was simply to had us a tablet to fill out a customer service review form. . Massively disappointed from a place that has always exceeded expectations and after such horrendous service for such an important birthday no plans to return any time soon!
