I went with my friends and it was amazing... I ask for strawberry an mango.. after waiting for my order.. the staff came and said sorry as they had no mango left so then the manager came and refunded me my money for one ice cream and still gave as an extra ice cream on top for free.. the staff were lovely and we'll come here again.. amazing ...

Had a great evening with the family at this amazing venue. Went for desert before dinner but the portions were very generous and could not fit in dinner after. Great venue, Highly recommended.

���This is the worse place ever! Yes the lists of deserts are lovely but the staff are horrendous. One in particular small girl and wears glasses I think she maybe a manager , rude with a very bad attitude, with no sense of customer service. No please or thank you. I bought my son here first time with my baby and it was awful I said I'd never go here again. Then my son asked me to go in when walking by one day! I gave them another chance as I thought maybe that was just a bad day,, but no.... same again... staff looking at me up and down with really bad attitude..... they don't wear uniforms so everyone is mixed match it's just a all round awful place. Save your money and go to Creams in Gants Hill instead. Same foods on offer but much friendlier and professional staff.
