Would highly recommend for parties. We done my daughter's there recently and she and her friends had the time of there lives and the service we had was excellent staff couldn't help you enough

What a lovely Christmas evening for children with SEN needs! Children had a wonderful time and were surprised by Santa visiting the place. Children even got the presents! Amazing care of children! Thank you so much!

I had my little girls first birthday here and could not fault it- fantastic face painting, food was lovely for both adults and children, and decorations were perfect!



I attend majority of the fundays and events which are lots of fun for the whole family �

Spent a lot of time here with my children over the past few years . Staff is really nice. Now we have moved away but still visit when we are in Beckton.

My son loves this place very much. Also staff is friendly.

Kids enjoyed so much, nice place. Had a coffee myself and rest a bit. Definitely coming back again�

Grandson loves it here..great fun and nice packed lunches you can buy for the kids.

Clean and tidy. A lot of space to play.

Big enough for kids to run wild but yet small enough to keep an eye on them. Staff just need to be more vigilant about older kids jumping around in the under 5 area, other then that would definitely take my kids again.

Been to cookies island twice with my daughter and she loves it I know she loves it because I have to drag her out when it’s time to go home! Ok so it might need a lick of paint but if my daughters smiling from the time she gets in and is asking to go everyday I know it’s a place I will visit again and again and will continue to come with my 2nd born son, since going again my daughter has made friends and interacted with others quite well, I feel comfortable prices are very reasonable and everything is on hand and Naz is brilliant! The mums all smile at each other. Thanks Cookies island for supply a good feel aura a place to come and have lots of fun xx

Went to Autism session.. fantastic not too packed, kids enjoyed themselves ... nice to be somewhere where we don't get judged .. need more places doing this !!!

My kids love it here but it could do with a bit of a clean also I think staff need to either keep an eye out or stress to parents that they need to watch there child the amount of times my toddler has been pushed about is ridicoulous also I put money in the ride on toys as my son loves them and it ends up with a bunch of other kids on it, my son actually got pushed of it on the weekend and refused to get back on it after so the other 3 kids with parents nowhere to be seen enjoyed a free ride!!

Wasn't great at all table was sticky and dirty .. and I thought the appliances could done with a spray and a wipe. Wouldn't go back ... My 3 year old enjoyed it which I guess that's all that matters

Staff are rude need to learn how to speak to customers.

I was the Winner of the Teddy Bear Picnic competition. When I arrived I was told I was not allowed in as I didn't have I.D to prove who I was although I had the message from which they private messaged me. They told me on the private message that that was all I needed to show! After everything I was only allowed in when there was 15mins left so missed almost everything! NOT HAPPY! Won't be spending my money on coming here in future as always took kids in when shopping in Gallions Reach but after this experience I think I'll spend my money elsewhere!

I thought it looked good so got kids there arrive smelt bad walls n everything was dirty ::needed a good paint son got he's leg stuck thro a hole while climeing a lady has major issues while there shouting over at us in front of my kids :: because my baby n her lil boy thro a brick at each other but I apologised she wouldn't let it go : she then was shouting abuse calling my son names n bad things so we left :: I wouldn't advise anyone to go here at all unless it's had a clean up n people get sorted out if being a issue waste of money in my eyes n not cheap either x !!!!I left n took children park as was do let down

Absolutely disappointed.They charge extra £1.00/adult so how I can leave my 1 year old baby to play alone without adult if I dont want to pay adult fee.
